Lakeville Country Club

Awful country club. $80 for 18 and a cart, curious where they put the money… tee box’s are full of clovers, long grass and unlevel. Fairways aren’t recognizable to the eye from the tee box. The greens are burnt, full of divots and random gouge marks. The rough is literal dirt, dead grass and tree roots sticking out. The golf carts are good I will say….

The service in the clubhouse was just as horrendous. 3 of us ordered food and drinks, every order was wrong. Again not sure where the $80 a round goes. I wouldn’t play this course again if it was $60 a round. Ridiculously priced. Management should be embarrassed to charge that price.

First time in a long time playing here and I wasn’t thrilled. Greens were bumpy and balding, fairways were all full of weeds and had minimal roll out. It’s like the mower rider is on vacation and there was no fill in

Staff ignored us on the turn, then charged $7.50 for a hot dog. The course has a nice layout but hadn't been mowed in a week. And the greens were terrible. See my full review with pics on Facebook page... Golf New England and Beyond

Awesome course. Got out at 6am for 18 and it was amazing.

Looks in better condition than previously. However, a few greens were in bad shape. Looks like tire marks we on some and the practice green has tire marks that were not there last year. Hard to get good putts. Still, had a good time. Tee times always available.

Got there early and was told they didnt have any carts so had to wait first hole went well second hole was 5 teams of 4 waiting to tee off and every hole was the same after that we paid for 18 holes only ended up playing 6 holes..it took 2 hrs and 45 min to play 6 holes. We gave up after that. I called the pro shop after the 3rd hole and all I was told was to keep up with play... very disappointed with this course..

They stacked tee times every 6 minutes, by 11am all carts were gone and people were scrambling to get carts coming back in.

It was so backed up on every tee box there were 3-4 groups waiting at a time at each hole with a group on the fairway and a group on the green each time. Everyone was saying they’ve never seen anything like it.

We left after 14 holes because the logistics of it all were poorly planned. For the amount of money we paid it was not worth the experience, the course is not well maintained and the greens looked like a hurricane just blew through.

It was disappointing for all 4 of us who played.

The course is not close to being $80+ a round weekend rate course. If they just bit the bullet and let the course grow back properly it would absolutely be. After seeing the amount of oil left on the greens by the equipment the grass will be dead in the matter of no time. I do hope they figure the maintenance part out this course could be as beautiful as it once was but unfortunately might need to have a total shutdown for a little while to really fix it properly.

The amount of courses that I go to and pay the same amount of that this cost us, I was disappointed. Although Athena course is clean. The fairways and greens could’ve been kept up a little bit better. The green is definitely needed to be cut as the ball was just running so slow . Overall the course is not bad, but I was just expecting a much more lush and well taken care of golf place for the amount of money that’s being charged for the two of us to play. Cost us roughly $130. There are a lot nicer places for $130.

Weeds, dandelions everywhere... except where the fairway was completely burned out and was dirt. Grass was so high on the tee boxes it was literally hitting out of the rough with a tee.

The tee boxes markers were buried in weeds - absolutely horrible course... so disappointing.

Would not honor golf nows deal and hadto pay twice. Bad business bait and switch

Lakeville is in great shape for this early in the season. Only 1 temp green and a couple temp tees but 95% snow is melted. Fully open with carts. Highly recommend

Any player anticipating wide open fairways this is your place. My only concern was attempting to locate a few of the tee boxes. It would be a big help to players that don’t play this course often enough, to have marker locations to next tee box. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended

$59 on GolfNow is ok. $79 is too much. Temporary green on hole 6
