Ironwood Golf Course

Great course. The only thing I would comment about are the cart paths. These need some work, but the course is in great shape and plays well.

Greens were very hard and rough was high

Cart paths were terrible.

Made a last minute tee time and this course was the only one with a morning tee time. The “cart starter” was nice, but smoked like a chimney. The inside staff were very friendly. The layout wasn’t bad. A lot of holes were narrow, but the course was challenging. The greens were very slow. Unfortunately, we got stuck behind a threesome who had zero golf etiquette. They would drop ball after ball hoping for a good shot. The kicker was hole 16. As we waited in the fairway, they stood on the green talking to the cart girl they were friends with. Never seen anything like it. Just oblivious to their surroundings, and the cart girl should have known better. This was a 3 minute casual conversation. It was at least 10 minutes.

Course in excellent condition. Cutting grass and spraying pesticides all over the course interfered with play.

The Ironwood staff were so friendly to us and the course with beautiful - we had the front 9 basically to ourselves in the evening. It was awesome!

The only thing is is that they usually want only two or four players. Our fourth player passed a couple of years ago so now we rarely play here. Golf now when booking on the I phone doesn’t know this and always shows that it is available until you begin booking, then it looks like the time was taken. When seeing it on the computer it shows that only two or four players are allowed.??

Greens are true and amazing roll. Fairways are nice. Rough is not the place to be. Staff is Amazing

Have not played there in quite a while. It’s definitely a treat, kinda like a hidden gem in Howell.

Horrible staff rude course was not I good condition especially the greens. Holes are two close together. Almost got hit by gold balls pace of play was horrible
