One stop shopping
Going to Cream Ridge is great, very relaxing atmosphere. The course has a good layout. You can hit some balls before your round. Then go to the restaurant afterwards. Everything‘s in one spot.
Challenging layout.
Nice course very challenging layout which I enjoyed playing. The fairways were somewhat dry. They need better maintenance on the course itself tons of divots. Would play again, but it definitely needs more water maintenance.
A must play
Course was in good condition. Staff was friendly. I recommend play this course and stoping in for so good food.
Cream Ridge Round
Staff are very nice. Course was in good condition but getting firm. If rain doesn't come often, course will be very dry. Little pricey at $68.
Great public course
I took my son golfing for the first time. This is a good course to get him acclimated to the game - fairly open with enough challenges to focus on his accuracy.
Speed
Thankful to starter who allowed me to start on back nine and ended up finishing 18 holes in 2 hours…first time for me here or anywhere else
Good course slow pace
Front 9 was quick we teed off at 3:45 and finished front at 5:10. Got to the back and a group of 4 older gentleman were hitting 10+ shots each and looking for their balls for 5+ minutes. Called the pro shop and they immediately came out and said something to the group but they didn’t change their pace at all if anything they went even slower. Didn’t finish the round until almost 7:30.
Cream Ridge having problems
Not run well. Like the course and it’s convenient, but always crowded and not spaced properly.
Besides needing new carts this course is a good play!!
High prices, slow play
Have played here a few times this year - much better conditions a few weeks back. Booked through Golf now and rate for golfers 3 and 4 goes up $6 which is totally unfair. Now you have to dive things up so everyone pays the same in the foursome.
Paid $69 for a Sunday. Course was not in good conditions and took four hours and 50 minutes to play. Had to lug bags and two buckets of balls to driving range which is lot close as wanted to hit 25 minutes before my tee time. And of course no carts are available. Then have to rush back, carrying everything again to get a cart.
This happened on opening day but wouldn’t expect it two months later. Course is in fair shape at best and not worth this price. Would not recommend.
Very Accommodating
I had a big emergency at work and called to cancel our tee time. I was told to come when I could and they would work us in. Arrived over an hour after our tee time, not really expecting to be able to play. Within 20 minutes, they were able to get us onto the first tee. Thank you to the amazing staff at Cream Ridge. Will absolutely return.
Welcome to the wild. wild west
Ranger let a fivesome out in front on us...that was nice of her. Some stick drove the 316 yard 16th hole and almost killed us...more fun. sketchy rough, and some us open rough. Amazing it still only took us 4:05 to play the three other guys in my group combined to shoot about 350 with 12-15 mulligans each!
bring your best putter!
Other than several up & back straight par 4s, layout features many interesting holes that utilize the unique topo aspects of the property, with inverted saucer, highly contoured greens that demand precision & touch.
