Gambler Ridge Golf Club

I enjoyed the course. With new ownership being only 1 1/2 years into the course, they’ve done a great job on the fairways and greens, which are in very good shape. Fun course to play. Staff was very friendly.

Course has improved dramatically since new owners took over. Excellent shape.

I love the little mower robots they have on the course. Fairways were nice. Greens were excellent.

My daughter and I were able to play a round of golf on a beautiful day. The course was in excellent shape. The greens were nice and fast. The rough was manageable. The Pro shop staff were friendly and helpful. The starter and course staff kept everything running nicely. All and all, I look forward to returning again and again.

After the renovations they've made to the course, I'd definitely recommend at least playing it once and giving it a shot. The greens and fairways were in great condition and the new course additions make the play a bit more thought provoking.

Course is doing many improvements but not worth the green fees. Hanover, cream ridge and gamblers ridge are within 10 minutes drive onlf each other. Gamblers ridge is most expensive and 3rd best in condition. I typically only play when a hot deal on golf now. Today, course did not honor green fees advertised/book on golf now. Course said GN does not set their green fee rates. Wound up paying $20 more per player. Apparently there were at least on other group that ran into same problem. Issue should have been resolved between GN & GR before hand. At the end of the day, the golfers paid the price for this screw up.

I only played here once before and it seems like they have put some work into making it nicer. Great value for weekend round.

I think concrete greens would be better that what we played on. Everything burnt out. Rough not cut. Fairways were decent, pace was pretty good at 3.5 hours for 18. Unfortunate as I had high hopes after new ownership. Nonetheless, every body of water was more green than the course itself. Disappointing to say the least.

The conditions are very good but not great. Hole layouts are great. Challenging but if you hit it straight, you can score here. Very fun. We will return

The course is in great shape. I had not played prior to the course changing ownership, but given the shape of the fairways and greens, id say they were putting some money into the place. Front nine moved pretty quickly for a weekend - on a 4-4.5 hour pace. Unfortunately the back nine took a bit longer, as some groups ahead of us started to slow down, but the ranger did his best to keep things moving. Overall, was not an excessive wait - a little under 5 hours complete. Would definitely play here again. If we had gotten a hot deal price, would be well worth the money!

Played here for the first time in two years. Couldn’t believe the difference. From what was becoming a dog track to a well groomed , pleasurable course. Kudos to the new owners. One suggestion if at all possible install new forward tees for super seniors and ladies who just can’t reach the fairways on some of the longer holes. Rough could be a little shorter. Other than that had a fun 18

New owner, doing their best to make pace of play and time on course more enjoyable. Not the prettiest sight but the greens are great and the layout is decent. They removed a lot of the difficult trees but need to improve the quality of the overall look.
