What began in 2015 as a 20th-anniversary celebration-sale for the e-commerce giant has turned into an annual shopping event, and once again, they're doubling up on the Amazon Prime Days consumer feeding-frenzy by adding a second, autumn-time sale it's christened "Amazon Prime Big Deal Days."
Taking place throughout Tuesday and Wednesday, October 8 and 9, 2024, Big Deal Days has a very similar feel to July's annual sale. Thousands of products across practically every category receive discounts of varying sizes. Some big-ticket items deliver seriously steep savings, often in limited quantities.
This time of year makes sense, placed as it is ahead of Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Shoppers who subscribe to the annual Amazon Prime program and care to plan weeks and months in advance for their own gifting rituals will find themselves rewarded during the 48-hour-plus bonanza.
As was the case during this year's Amazon Prime Days sale in July, there are several products and deals that should be of interest to golfers, especially those of us who travel to play each year.

3. For golfers in hot climates: EGOFLEX arm sleeves
Where I live in Florida, more and more golfers seem to opt out of sunscreen on their arms in favor of UV-blocking, lightweight, stretchy arm sleeves. At less than $6 per pair with a 4.3 score across more than 1,200 ratings, these sleeves might be worth a shot.
