Tiburon Golf Club - Great White Course

We were able to get around quickly due to first tee time of the day at 6:30 a.m. We lucked out by not having a group shoved in front of us at the turn... which usually happens here
(27 holes). They pack as many on as they can with little regard for those players out there already. Most of the staff is nice, not all(some are "uppitty). Course playability, conditions, and a significant discount (Golf Now or other) are the only reasons I will play at Tiburon. Would never pay full price due primarily to the glut of humanity they pack out there daily. If you don't mind slow play and getting "cut off" at the turn, this is a nice course option for you. Those of you with somewhere to be at a certain time should steer clear.

In Omaha for the Seniors Open, had some free time to play and this course was recommended by a local, THANK YOU! I played 18 on Tuesday and again today, awesome 27 hole course! Outstanding staff, very friendly and helpful and the course is fantastic shape! Don't miss this one!!

Fun course with beautiful holes (public course, eastern Nebraska). Course was in great shape, great blend of hard holes and holes with some margin for error. My wife really enjoys this course.

Took over 3.5 hours to play 9 holes, not the first time either this has happened. They have three nine hole course and just stack one nine. Our tee time was for 337pm and we were there at #1 tee box at 335pm, yet we had to wait for a foursome and a FIVEsome to tee off in front of us. Didn't know they still let a FIVEsome go out on a Saturday afternoon, so we ended up teeing of until almost 4pm. Never again will I play here, because this isn't the first time its happened.

Overall, course conditions were fantastic with all of the rain that Omaha has been getting; unfortunately, a golf tournament that ran long caused all three courses to be incredibly backed up. Our tee time was at 3:52 but we didn't tee off until at least 4:30. It was a 5 1/2 hour round of golf. Luckily, things started to pick up after the 4th hole.

There are a few challenging holes on Mako with some tough water shots. Hopefully the next time that I golf Tiburon, their won't be an hour wait to tee off!

We had a 3:00 tee time. They had booked a group in at 9:30 for a shotgun start with two foursomes on each hole. The group did not get done until after 3:00, and they had times booked from 2:30 on. We did not get off until 3:40 and it was backed up the rest of the day. Longest round of my life...i will not do that again.

Excellent deals for 18 & cart at Tiburon. Super wide fairways which makes hitting the driver easy. One of the best public courses I have played in Nebraska.

An overall good golf experience. Nice carts with great GPS and ball washers attached. Very forgiving course with wide fairways, large well kept tee boxes and good greens. Staff very attentive and friendly. Nice clubhouse bar with good eats and drinks. Nice driving range and putting green available. Great green fee on Golfnow.com.

We had a 3:07 tee time, and didn't tee off until closer to 3:30 due to the course overbooking. Tiburon has 3 sets of 9 holes, and the front desk had us play our "front" nine on the Great White course, while GW was also the "back" nine for other earlier tee times. This created a logjam at our first tee (or the other groups' 10th tee), even though the Hammerhead course was open. Pace of play was also slow once on the course, with no marshals or rangers to encourage faster play.
The course itself is in GREAT condition, with some of the quickest greens in the Omaha area.

Course was well maintained and the sand traps were kept up not dried out and hard....booked a 6:30 am tee time through golf now, the staff outside was friendly and even brought a cart to my vehicle, but when I went inside the clubhouse to confirm my reservation the shop guy was rude and dismissive..

Tiburon Golf Course is a great deal. There are three sets of nine holes and each one has it's own difficulties. Great Course and very nice staff.

Course was in great shape . Staff very friendly pace was fast and plan on going back.

Tiburon is a well maintained course, but they often bunch groups too closely together.

The course, staff, and food were all fantastic. Layout provides great scenery, huge greens, maintained extremely well. Recommend any of the 27 holes. Poorly organized with tee times, no reason for a 6 hour round on an open Friday in March.

If you are deciding which course to play in Omaha, you acnnot go wrong playing Tiburon. 27 holes of great golf, always in gtreat condition.

Tiburon offers challenges for the skilled golfer down to the beginner. Each hole is unique and requires shots that test your skills, as well as your daring in attacking each pin. The greens, fairways and rough are fair...in addition to being well groomed. I commend the grounds crew for maintaining such a fine course. Well done!

Pretty wide open course yet there are some tricky holes. Always well maintained with above average speed on the greens. Very friendly staff.

For anyone that has not played this course, this is likely the best value in Omaha area. The course is always in pristine condition, the rough is always dense and challenging. Greens always play true and are in great shape. Staff always does a wonderful job and is super friendly. I would recommend this course to everyone. There is a reason they are always busy and after you play it, you will understand why.
