Very well kept course, A lot of short holes though which personally I’m not a huge fan of.

Will definitely think twice before going back
The staff was rude and obnoxious beyond beliefwe walked off after the first 9 because the starter released a group of three directly in front of us who had zero regard for pace of play. It was a short par three, and they were already on the green when we approached the tee box. After waiting 15 minutes they still hadn't moved -- even aftyer they saw us -- and the Turkeyfoot ranger didn't care in the slightest. So we paid for 18, got treated like crap and left after 9. It used to be such a nice course.
This was our 1st time at Turkeyfoot this year.The course was in beautiful condition. It was in better shape than many private courses. Pace of play was great with no waiting. The course is challenging but fair with outstanding greens.

Nice track
Good enough course. Greens were very fair. Fairways in decent shape. The course layout is a bit odd in places. For example the tee box for number 5 being behind the green of 4. But a good value and the course was in good shape.
A challenge to rate...
I struggled to rate this course between 3 and 4. I gave it the 4 as the conditions were spectacular - tee boxes, greens, fairways, and rough were all in excellent shape. What I struggled with are the layout (it felt like the course was forced into a space that was too small with a major road dividing the front and back nines) and the odd hole lengths - at least two 290 yard Par 4's, a 460 yard Par 4, while most of the Par 3's were long - 175-225 yards. There are back-to-back Par 5's at 550+ yards from the back tees. The 18th green finishes almost in the clubhouse where errant shots seem to arrive regularly. It's great track for a fun round with friends; otherwise, I'd be trying others in the area.
Can't Believe I haven't Played Here Yet
First time playing here and Wow! The course was in spectacular shape! Greens probably the best I've played all year. The layout was amazing, with lots of elevation change and unique holes. Will definitely be back!
