About
The Harbor Pines Golf Club is a public facility that boasts an 18-hole, four-star golf course with subtle, breaking greens that provide a challenge for all golfers. The holes are very private and the fairways are wide and open.
The environment friendly course is a local favorite and is considered among women to be one of the best courses for women to play on. The beautiful natural landscape with seventeen acres of water and 520 acres of forestry has even been certified as an National Audubon Sanctuary. The relatively flat course does offer challenges for experienced golfers but it will not be too difficult for intermediate or beginning golfers. Both the 16th and 17th holes are difficult par-4's and the course has various hazards scattered throughout.

Ridiculous
It took 5 1/2 hours to complete the round! We were told by the staff that a bunch of drunks in a bachelor partywere holding up the whole course. Said there was nothing they could do about it! It didn’t help that they were sending groups out at seven minute intervals. Nice to play it for the golf now, rate, but not worth the aggravation! Ridiculous
Tournament
We were not notified that there was a tournament and we were the first group off after the tournament which made a 5 hour round. We were told after we checked in with the started.
Perfect Golf Day
The course is in great shape. Fairways were nice (when I found them!) and rough was playable (not too high). Greens were smooth and fast. My only knock on the course was that the pace of play was slow for a Monday afternoon, mainly because their tee times are a little tight. I understand for a weekend day but for a weekday, I would hope they might spread the times out a bit more to allow for faster play.
Perfect Day of Golf
For a nice hot deal price for this course . We were greeted by friendly and attentive bag drop staff. We got off a few minutes before our scheduled tee time. The pace of play was super. Finished round in 31/2 hours. Rangers were out on the course but everyone was playing on pace so no back ups. Perfect weather day. The course was in great shape for this early in the season. Greens were in pristine condition. Can’t wait to play here again

Course is really nice
But the back 9 was closed and the pace of play was painfully slow. Greens are very good. Fun watching your ball roll true
