Green Tree Golf Course

I hate to share how beautiful this course is. I hate to share how much work the staff has put and how successful they have been in maintaining it. I hate to share how technical this course actually is. I hate to share that they have really nice new golf carts.

But I absolutely love playing here. This is by far the best golf for your buck.

They have done absolutely wonderful job with the course this year.

Overall good place to use a variety of clubs and shot shapes. Can put driver away on many holes if you choose to. Couple wholes the par 6 not my favorite and par 5 on back could use a tree cut down on your approach shot to small green with creek danger.

I play this course often. They failed to mention when I booked a tee time for 8/30 there was a tournament for the US postal workers on a Sunday morning. The pace of play was so bad other players were leaving. As of lately it has been very slow pace of play every Sunday, I'm talking over 5 hour rounds. There are no rangers to keep the pace of play going. Too many vacationers down the shore that don't respect other peoples time and their want to have a good day of golf.

Love layout it could be a great course I don’t know why they just don’t spend money to make fairways and first cut around greens better it’s no grass dirt dog track!!! County has the money spend it charge more. It’s a great fun layout but conditions are really bad!!!

The course was short and kind of a fun layout. The condition of the course was terrible. Tee boxes and fairways were maybe some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Pace of play for a course this short was very slow. Would not recommend

The course layout is challenging but fair. The course itself is very green but the fairways and ts are a bit rough. The greens were decent for a course of this calibar.

Overall, the course is decent for the cost. We had a very nice day playing at Green Tree

The course was way too packed, constantly waiting behind a group who’s waiting behind another group. Our tee time was 9:40 and we actually teed off around 10:05. There’s many holes around 250 yard par 4s. Very short although there are some tough obstacles. Worth the $35 hot deal though compared to any other course being $130.

The fairways and greens are very hard and poorly maintained. Taking a divot from the fairway can be actually painful. And unless you have played the course several times, the layout is confusing as the fairways have many dog legs but there are no course maps for distances or how far you need to hit to make the dog leg. The greens are also really small which combined with the hardness makes approach shots very difficult as you ball will bound very high and roll off.

Great course great people great staff but got too expensive. Just going to spent a few extra bucks and go elsewhere.

Nice layout short par 4s good par 3s the par 6 was interesting could be a par 5 overall nice for the money

The weather was brutal the day we golfed but overall nice course and great staff!
