Golf Digest's Top 75 Public Courses included Glenview Golf Course once upon a time, and the U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship was played there once, too. Even if the golf course's prestige has faded a bit - or simply been surpassed by golf courses that were designed more recently - the golf course still offers a test and still draws golfers.
If golfers choose to golf the South and West golf courses in tandem at the Glenview golf club, they'd be looking at a route that would take them 6,843 yards from the Black tees. Teeing off on the South Course, golfers would have to travel 401 yards from the Black tees and do it with a par of 4. Things get long on the South Course's third hole, a par 5 that measures 547 yards from the Black tees and is one of four holes that play to over 500 yards on this route.
The West Course's ninth hole is one of these, requiring golfers who go South Course to West Course at the Glenview Golf Course to close out on a par 5 that measures 541 yards from the Black tees.

Glenview shines coming out of winter.
Glenview is a nice 27-hole layout that was in surprisingly good shape for the time of year. While the greens were a little bumpy and will benefit for a good spring-rolling, the course was in good shape overall. The front desk staff was helpful, as was the staff in the snack bar.
I saw definite improvements in overall course management - kudos to the staff, and keep up the good work!
What a Gem
Had a great experience and really enjoyed the hole separation and seclusion. Lots of fun holes to play and a great Staff.
Best City run course
this was my second time playing this course, but first time this year. It's hands down the best city run course in town. Played the South/West with a random single and twosome. Great course conditions for March. Look forward to coming back when there are leaves on the trees.
Former US Publinx course with great conditions
Didn’t know must about course, but after playing it is a scenic fun course to play on great land with modern undulating greens. Some of the bunkers have been abandoned, but course was in good condition otherwise.
Just wanted to talk to someone.
Golfnow wouldn't let me cancel my reservation, and no one at the course answered the phone. I'm getting charged for 2 to play when I did the responsible thing and stayed home and got a Corona test. Wanted to let someone know this, but wasn't possible and now I'm being charged for it..

Course is country club condition. My new favorite and can’t wait to play again
First timer
First time playing this course and must say... will be coming back. Has 27 holes total and I only played 18 so far and really enjoyed the layout and difficulty. Definitely a hidden gem in the Cincinnati area.
Oldie but goodie, Glenview always a treat
Lack of Starter on #1 would be the only complaint, course had too many singles and 2somes that should be paired up. Also encountered 6some on par 3. Otherwise, the course is in fantastic shape tee to greens especially now towards end of season. Tee boxes, fairways and greens in much better shape than many courses around Cincy. A forgotten gem, Glenview delivers the goods and the fun layout does not disappoint. Very challenging from the Tips.
Good value
Greens were great, but slow. Bunkers perfectly kept. Fairways above average. Collars a bit rough.
Cincinnati golf
Very nice public course that was well maintained and managed. Got rained out on 18th but was an enjoyable day of golf and a good value for the money.
Nice course for anyone
This course can be a bit underwhelming when compared with others, but it makes for a fun round no matter your skill level.
Boring blah course
Course was definitely not worth $37 (with $3 charge). Course was in decent shape (some dead spots in fairways and bunkers were sub par) but man this course is a snooze to play. Boring holes, no variety, no major hazards...this is a $25 course at best.
Staff was very friendly.
Will not be coming back.
