Forced march
Overall Bergen County has robotic staffs. Prepayment on Golf Now forced us to play in “cart path only” designation. No accommodations are available for handicapped players! All holes were cart path only - which was not necessary. I will never prepay again.

the staff was was very friendly and profesional.
the course was in good shape, the greens were exceptional and the traps were well kept.
It's a fun place tp play golf.

Not great
Golf course is very average, boring flat land surrounded by boring trees and hazards in terrible condition.
Worse was the pace of play, where the golfers were terrible and all decided to walk, leading to 4 groups on one hole at one point.
Worst was the staff, who did not even think to have a ranger out there to speed along this pace of play. But yet, at 7:45 PM, the rangers magically showed up and were very much around to let us know that all carts must be returned before 8 so they could go home. This after insisting that we don't tee off due to the chance of rain (which never came) so that they could close up shop early. They were not thrilled when we decided to play anyway.

Pretty standard county course
Definitely good bang for buck, I paid $50 and got a cart. That being said, most people are walking so the pace definitely feels a bit slow which can be frustrating

Good value for 50 bucks
I am a newer golfer, and enjoyed the course. They let us just play as a pair. Felt like it was a good test for someone who shoots in the 90s

Course staff
Where do we start!? If you have to deal with the course director, good luck. His Napolean complex let’s his attitude overstep. The clubhouse staff is rude. Rangers on the course are really nice and funny. If I were you, play any other course around, the amount you pay here not worth it. Try Paramus golf club, may spend a little more but much better condition.

Early season round...
Course played well, the greens and tee-boxes in good shape for the beginning of the season.
The rough was cut very low and ground hard so the ball rolled out.
The greens were surprisingly fast.

typical bergen county course
Nice long course. good greens, fairways trimmed and roughs were easy to find errant shots. Typical of Bergen courses...waited nearly all holes. Very few hazards. Only 1 water hole. I would return.
