Great short county course
Interesting course that makes the most of its layout. Some interesting approaches, a fun short course to be creative with your drivable if you hit it far with 2-3 drivable par 4s.

Course was in good shape and friendly staff. Wish the pace of play was better tho. need to have food, as well

Straight forward golf course
Golf course with a nice simple layout. Fairways are clearly seen from the tee box. Except for a couple damaged greens, overall condition of the course is very good. Wish there were the usual 100-, 150-, 200-yard markers. The discs on the ground are hard to see. Tee boxes were in good shape as well. Would definitely play again.

Slow play,
1:50 Tee time and we should have been able to finish 18 in 4 hous, not even close. The only time we saw a ranger was at 5pm, to tell us to bring the cart in after the current hole we were playing, 5 mins later another ranger showed up to tell is the same. At 5:30 we had no choice but to end our day after 13 holes. GolfNow didn't mention that carts had 'to be in by 530. Course was in decent shape but the pace of play was horrible and the staffnis downright nasty. Won't be going back for sure.

Rude starter
Play this course multiple times a year. Past three times the starter has been unbelievably rude. Rushing people out of the box before the scheduled tee time. Multiple times j have been told I'm late when I have not been and have been given a hard time despite being there on time. This needs to be addressed

Excellent Course
Playing Valley Brook is like a step back into time. Great Course layout with some winding holes through nature preserve settings. Greens are excellent. I imagine with proper rain it would be fabulous.

Condition of the course was below average.
White Tee Boxes were awful. Very difficult to find a spot to tee up ball that had turf.
Most of the fairways were brown in spots and rock hard. It was like hitting off of concrete.
Greens were in good shape and fast.
Pace of play was good.
Clubhouse menu was outstanding and bartender Mateo was outstanding.
Beverage Cart drove by us once during the entire day at Hole # 17 and didn't even so stop and ask if we wanted anything. Just drove straight past us without a word or any acknowledgment. This is not a deal breaker but my wife and I definitely commented to one another about it.

Not worth it
Very disappointed with the condition of the course. Many tee boxes had literally dirt and many of the fairways were burnt out. Not coming back until they figure it out.

Horrible conditions
The course was in poor condition. Tee boxes were bad, grass was dead and very hard. Tough to judge shots based on those conditions.
