Pebble Creek Golf Course
About
Pebble Creek Golf Course offers beauty and tests on an 18-hole championship golf course, as well as a full-service pro shop and sports bar and restaurant, making it as much of a draw for golfers as it is for diners. The ridges and valleys of the Colerain Township provide the home for the golf course's bentgrass tees, fairways and greens protected by white-sand bunkers. There are seven water hazards to test golfers who like to balance risk with reward, and course management is the name of the game for golfers with low handicaps: This golf course requires every trick - as well as every club - in the bag.
The 16th hole on the Pebble Creek Golf Course, for one example, is a 135-175-yard par-3 that will test golfers' abilities with its island green; still, this is a golf course that will accommodate all levels of golfers. Forward tees and giving drop areas from the island green and two canyon holes offer a bit of reprieve for golfers with high handicaps.
After your round of golf, check out Prechtels Pub at the Pebble Creek Golf Course for nightly fireside dining and numerous television sets to keep you up on whatever other sports you like.

shot maker's course
This is a challenging course for the average golfer- needs positioning rather than distance. Except for two holes, the driver is not necessary, though it did not stop me from racking up the strokes!
And the signature island par 3 is imposing as there is no bail out area- bring plenty of balls.
Not good
Called pro shop day before and ask is greens were aeratored they said NO in GREAT shape but they had just been deeptined! Breaks on cart flat out scary, path was in shambles and poorly marked, 12tee was so bad couldn't find a place to tee off, and NO yardage markers the ones that they had covered in grass
Fun Course
This course is challenging and fun. The Island hole is hillarious. I really loved it and will play it again soon.
perfect day, perfect round
Myself and 3 friends enjoyed our round at a great "hot deal" price. The weather and course was perfect. It's a challenging course that is fun and beautiful to play. All aspects were nice, tee boxes, fairways and greens. The ball washer water was clean and the water jugs had cold water. We had a quick bite at the turn, food was made fast and tasted good. Beer specials were priced nice. We enjoyed our round and will partake again soon.
Tough holes
Course is really good shape. Some really tough holes and water plays in quite a few of them. Some holes short par 4's but they are challenging with dogs legs. If you are a straight hitter, have plenty of balls. The island green is tough challenge. Great views staggered throughout.
Round critique
A foursome teed off in front of us and their pace of play was extremely slow, so we skipped a hole because they would not let us play through.
We completed our round 4 holes ahead of them.
More and more this is a norm on many courses, I prefer a faster pace of play.
Poor pace of play
Pace of play was absolutely horrible took almost 5 hours for the round group in front of us had no business playing in a big of course like that no Rangers in sight to regulate sort of disappointing overall great course long fun to play but pace of play is becoming an issue the past few times
Diamond in the Ruff
Excellent course. Challenging, well kept and beautiful. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our first time experience was excellent. We will definitely go back.
Wet Spring
Wet weather has left its mark on this course. Greens hop, rough is extremely high, tee boxes really beat up and cart paths are a death trap (its a hilly course).
Beautiful Course
Overall this was a beautiful course with a few holes with water features, which will steal a ball off the tee if you aren't careful. Hole #16 is a tee box to an island, par 3, deffinitly all about placement. Fun course!
Challenging course
Not an extremely long course. But accuracy, especially on the backside is a must. Lots of hills and water come into play. Greens have some undulation to them. The last four holes are jewels. Island green, hit shots to spots and greens that are a challenge. Keep it in the fairway!!
Slow play
All was great with the course but the pace was awful. Took about 5 hours. I saw a ranger at one point but he sure didn't do his job
Great Layout, Poor Conditions
Pros: a very fun course with lots of doglegs, not very long.
Cons: poor conditions - tee boxes are in bad conditions, the roughs were so high that balls were lost just a foot off the fairway. Also, it took more than 5 hours to play the round - very slow.
My buddy and I started at noon and finished by 3:15.
The play was cart path only because of the rain earlier in the week but the course was in great shape and you could not even tell that it had rained.
Great.
Absolutely love the course, only thing I believe it needs to improve on is it drainage system. Outside that great course.
