Pebble Creek Golf Course
About
Pebble Creek Golf Course offers beauty and tests on an 18-hole championship golf course, as well as a full-service pro shop and sports bar and restaurant, making it as much of a draw for golfers as it is for diners. The ridges and valleys of the Colerain Township provide the home for the golf course's bentgrass tees, fairways and greens protected by white-sand bunkers. There are seven water hazards to test golfers who like to balance risk with reward, and course management is the name of the game for golfers with low handicaps: This golf course requires every trick - as well as every club - in the bag.
The 16th hole on the Pebble Creek Golf Course, for one example, is a 135-175-yard par-3 that will test golfers' abilities with its island green; still, this is a golf course that will accommodate all levels of golfers. Forward tees and giving drop areas from the island green and two canyon holes offer a bit of reprieve for golfers with high handicaps.
After your round of golf, check out Prechtels Pub at the Pebble Creek Golf Course for nightly fireside dining and numerous television sets to keep you up on whatever other sports you like.

Beautiful course
I love this golf course it is very pleasing to the eye. I had a great round of golf. The only bad thing was the skies opened up on us at hole 16 so we couldn't finish our round.
Nice course, but...
The course is very weedy, and some greens' collars are pretty rough looking.
Also, there are some cart paths that are some real kidney busters.
Greens rolled fine.
Some tee boxes were in poor shape.
Other than that, my round was enjoyable.
My worst experience at Pebble
I'm going to start off by saying that I'm a huge fan of this course and always have been. When I pulled my car in I immediately see 10 carts lined up on the first tee. I was shocked and wondered if we scheduled a tee time while an outing was going on but that wasn't the case. I asked the clubhouse if we were starting on 10 instead of one because no one had even tee'd off 10 since I got there and he said no. My tee time was for 2:33pm, I officially tee'd off at 3:01. The worst part about the day was that they paired my friend and I up with a 60 year old man who was teaching his friend how to golf; it was his first time ever being on a course. I know everyone has a "first" time but it doesn't have to be with me, on a tight course during peak times on a Saturday. Needless to say, every tee box we pulled up to had at least 3-4 carts waiting to tee off. It usually takes me and 1 other person about 4 1/2 hours to get through pebble; this round of golf at pebble took 5 hours and 53 minutes. The only other complaint I have is that when we made the turn we decided to run into the clubhouse for some food. All of the food was put away except for 1 brat that was burnt. I've never been to a clubhouse that doesn't have food at 5pm. Supposedly there was a birthday party starting at 5 so they had to clean up everything and stopped selling all food except for peanuts. Like I said, I'm a huge fan of this course but I will not be golfing here anytime soon. If you need help managing your golf course I'll gladly help. Simply put, let people tee off on 10 like every other golf course I've ever been too does when hole 1 is backed up.
This course was fun to play
Nice course. Has a lot of character just wish the pace of play was better but it was a holiday weekend.
Beautiful course with unusual lay out !
The course is very unique in its design. It is very well groomed. The staff is very pleasant and dinner on the patio over looking the course was a real treat.
I would highly recommend it to my friends.
EalryMorning Round
i was first off at 645AM and it was wonderful. Finished in 245. Weather was great, morning dew on the course and a great Bloody Mary with cigar to end a perfect morning. Staff and groundskeepers are friendly. Thanks to all
Great course but watch the cart paths
The course was in great shape overall. Tee boxes need some work, but every other aspect was great. The rough wasn't too thick. Fairways were short and the greens were FAST. The cart paths are treacherous! Someone rolled a cart while we were there! Big pot holes on the paths or eroded edges that if you aren't careful will send you into a ditch.
Good Course but be ready to wait for your next Tee Shot
Overall this is a good course, but the pace of play is poor. There is no timing between tee times, its free for all, as soon as you pay you can head out to Tee#1 and prepare to wait.
Dont think I will return to play this course again
Not impressed!!
Don't care for the layout and the pace was TERRIBLY SLOW!!! I will not return.
always slow pace of play
always slow pace of play, rangers are out on the course looking for golf balls and not doing there job to keep pace of play up, slow slow round, play here several times a year and always the same thing
Nice - course play slow!!!
Nice - course play slow!!! Didn't see a Marshall to speed things up.
Fairways are pretty flat and open.
Nice challenging course
Holes give some nice different looks. The greens will give you a challenge and tax your reading skills.
Leave your driver at home...
Played this weekend from the tips, not one par 4 over 400 yards. most par 4s tee'd off with 3 wood, 3 hybrid, or 4 iron.... still hitting a 9 iron or pw approach. Fun course otherwise. Kill the dandelions... they were everywhere. Wouldnt play it again if full price. Very hilly but pretty course.
Great round of golf
Great place to play golf. Great staff however marshalls were a bit intrucive and rude. Felt pressured as they linger. Otherwise great experience. Will go back when course is not so wet!!
pebble creek after snow melt
course should not have been opened .Was like swampland and was not playable!
Outstanding Value!
Don't let the yardage fool you. This is a course that will challenge any skill level while still allowing the beginner's to have some fun. The weather was pretty bad with it being early February, but the course was in good shape. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When the cover on my 5 wood blew off the club, the attendant asked the groups behind me if any of them found it. It was recovered and I am so grateful for that.
The only drawback was we could not play the 11th hole because it had not fully thawed, no fault of the staff or grounds crew obviously. My only request would be the tees on the par 5's should be moved back a little more on the tips for the bigger hitters.
I absolutely will be playing this course throughout the summer and look forward to getting my revenge on #16! ( You must play the course if only to play this wonderful par 3 )
Course was ok
Course was ok. Not overly impressed. Food was cold and workers were not overly exited to help.
layout
Several of the holes have poor design and should be bulldozed
short but testy
Pebble Creek is a short but deceptively challenging layout. Several elevation changes and doglegs make shot selection critical. They recently plugged the greens but they were decently treated and rolled true.
A fine course for the average golfer.
Good Deal
I took my best friend here to golf for his birthday. We both had a good time and liked the challenge of the course. I would recommend this course to anyone from beginner to advanced.
