Mastick Woods Golf Course

Tee boxes were pretty beat up but the fairways were in decent shape. We had a tee time at 11:50am and were ready to go at 11:45am but there were 2 groups in front of us waiting to tee off. We had a cart and were quick players. The not so bright female starter let a walking older female off in front of us at 12:05. When the golfing female got halfway down the fairway of a short par 4 (295 yards) the starter was yelling at us to tee off and go! I explained that it’s not our fault, we had a tee time at 11:50 that we could not move on and I can drive the green which I may possibly hit the golfer in front of us!

Course is fine for beginners or for what should be a quick 9 holes.

However, when you only have 17 carts, you probably shouldnt have 4 tee times with carts available every 15-20 minutes on here.

1:20 tee time, arrived at 1, didnt tee off until 2:40!

Walk in groups were sent out 1 after another which led to no less than 2 groups, sometimes 3 waiting at the start of each hole.

And footgolf people blasting soccer balls all over the place gets really old as well.

Have been going here for 10 years and I'm pretty positive this will be the last time after that experience

Beautifully maintained metroparks course. Very affordable, great for the beginner. Longest hole is 315 yards, so this course is great to work on your irons.

The course was in good shape. It was great for a 1st time player. The folks were great at the course - much nicer than big met or Manakiki.

Course was just aerated so putting was terrible. Very slow groups on the course with no rangers enforcing pace. Hole 6 looked great with an elevated shallow green but there had been so much unneccessary cart traffic behind the green that it is unplayable if you hit it long. Save your money and play NOGC or Meadowood if you want a junior course.

This is a good short course for beginners or just a leisurely round with the wife. Cleveland metro park course. Pace can be very slow at times so if you are in hurry this isn't the place. But if you just want to take your time and work on irons and enjoy the beauty of the parks it's perfect. How it has better rating than Sleepy Hollow is beyond me. That's the cream of the park courses

Great course to play with my 9 yr old son. Course was in great condition with wonderful greens.

It was a fun course to play once you realized it was 9 holes and par3/4 course! No sand and almost no water. The pace was extremely slow, mostly because footgolf goes along the course and crosses back and forth over the holes, it is extremely frustrating if the course is busy!

The course was in great condition when we played and the staff were very friendly. It was an overall enjoyable experience.

I had an amazing time here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A gentleman named Cliff was the friendliest I've met who works at a golf course. Because of his customer service alone I will be returning. The course was beautiful and well kept. If you're looking for a quick game hit up mastick woods. I also enjoy supporting the metroparks any way I can so I appreciate that there are courses that belong to the metroparks. Thanks for having us.

Between the erratic starter and the soccer golf players I will not play here again. We were approaching 4th tee and 2 groups get placed in front of us.. Flash forward to the 9th green as a soccer ball rolls right through my buddies line as he putts. Short yardage as well. Charity golf course.

A nice course to play before going forward, to see if you have "game". Fun little course to play.
