About
The City of Hamilton offers two municipal courses, the championship Twin Run Golf Course and the regulation-length Potters Golf Course. They both provide some of the most affordable rounds in the area. Although Potters is the easier of the two courses, it's still a fun layout that has become a favorite with locals. It's ideal for beginners but also great for a quick round no matter what skill level. The back nine plays especially fast. The holes are mostly straightforward with a few strategically placed bunkers and subtle elevation changes to contend with. Potters Golf Course may not be the most challenging round you've ever played but the casual atmosphere and fun layout shouldn't be overlooked. It's also conveniently located less than an hour from both Cincinnati and Dayton.

Fun course, unfortunately a group of 6 was in front of us
We had a good time but it was excruciatingly slow. At first things were going fine but on roughtly hole 3 the twosome playing in front of us joined the foursome in front of them and they played as a sixsome the rest of the 15 holes. The starter was really nice, the course was in good shape but the experience could have been improved had there been a ranger monitoring slow play.

Lots of fun holes. Always in great condition. A shot makers course. Great place to learn golf
Enjoyed the round, but...
I enjoyed most of the round. The course is a nice one. What is noticeably in need of repair, at least on the front nine are the cart paths! The asphalt is in terrible shape most of the way. Once this is taken care of, it'll make a round much more enjoyable.

Golf date with my husband fun course cloae to home, took us around 3 hours. Would play here again!
Great day of Golf
The course is in great shape. I was surprised at how green things were after the hot dry weather lately. Greens were very good and held the approaches well. Just a fun day all around.

It was our 1st time here but definitely won't be the last!!! Great Layout, Visability, Friendly Staff, and Loads of Fun!

Course in excellent condition. Sudden pop up rain shower did not deter golf game.

Excellent Course For Me and My 11-year Old
Great open course. Excellent opportunity to play with my 11-year old daughter, who loves the game.
Longest round of my life
Decent course but was so overbooked that the round took 6 hours. 2-3 groups waiting at every tee box, hoping this isn’t the case every weekend but was so slow that we considered leaving after 9.
Fun Round
The course is a shorter course but has some challenging holes. It was in great shape overall and the green were great.
I used to play a lot but haven't the last few years so it was a good course for the average golfer. I play mid-day and was able to play in 2 hours so I enjoyed myself
First Play
Cozy old course layout. Tee boxes were a little beat up, but fairways and greens were nice play. Will definitely play again.
