About
The City of Hamilton offers two municipal courses, the championship Twin Run Golf Course and the regulation-length Potters Golf Course. They both provide some of the most affordable rounds in the area. Although Potters is the easier of the two courses, it's still a fun layout that has become a favorite with locals. It's ideal for beginners but also great for a quick round no matter what skill level. The back nine plays especially fast. The holes are mostly straightforward with a few strategically placed bunkers and subtle elevation changes to contend with. Potters Golf Course may not be the most challenging round you've ever played but the casual atmosphere and fun layout shouldn't be overlooked. It's also conveniently located less than an hour from both Cincinnati and Dayton.

Don't bother booking 430 to 545
Don't bother booking a tee time between 4:30 and 5:45 on days they have leagues there is no starter and the leagues will start whenever they like to. they are supposed to start at 4:40 our team was at 4:30 and they had already sent two of their groups off no use fighting 30 golfers to be in the middle of their group they should not be selling tee times on GolfNow and they should not be telling people over the phone that they can have a 4:30 tee time. Overall it is a good place to play they have cleaned it up recently looks very good but without a starter you take your own chances.

Found this course uniquely fun to play and will certainly be back.
Short track with par of 69. Some challenging holes on the front and 3 par 3s on the back that can sure be frustrating. Greens were cut and were certainly causing putts to roll freely. Hot deal was a great deal for 18 holes with a cart : ).

First time playing this course this year. Everything on the course was in really great condition.
The grounds crews that we encountered were all friendly and conscientious about stopping the mowers and other gear when we were hitting. Great job on the course guys!
The clubhouse is under repair or more likely being renovated. They have nice patio area but I’ve only seen folks use it once last year. I think maybe Covid smashed any grill and lunch business, so that area doesn’t seem used. But should!
It’s a great course for walking 9 or 18. No major hills or long stretches between greens and tee boxes.
Thus is probably one of my two favorite courses to play.
Highly recommend trying it out.

I have played here several times, good course for the price.
We had a foursome and finished in 3hrs. 55 minutes and offered to let the twosome behind us play thru on the front (They declined). Let a different twosome play thru on the back.
The management let's twosome's and singles out instead of pairing groups to make foursome's. Also let groups start on number 10 as we made the turn.
We were approached nicely by 2 staff members and asked to speed up cause we were backing up the course.
As started above we finished in under 4 hours even letting a group play thru.
The only reason the course was backing up behind us is they were all twosome's and we were a foursome!!!
