Twin Run Golf Course
About
Twin Run Golf Course is a municipal course in Hamilton, recognized for being the third best city in Ohio for golf, and one of the top 100 in the country. The course is popular for its affordable rates and the challenging but playable layout. At just over 6,500 yards from the back tees, it is not an overly long course but it offers some fairly difficult holes. The fairways are very player friendly though, providing some room for error, but accuracy should still be a priority. The layout is diverse enough to appeal to a wide range of skill levels. It is not too intimidating for beginners but it's still a fun round for better players. Twin Run G.C. is known for being one of the area's best values, especially when you take into account the excellent conditions on the greens and fairways.

Great Value, Nice Staff, Fast Round
We didn't even know this course existed, but found it for a rescheduled Father's Day round from a rain out on Saturday. They had a ton of rain also at the course on Saturday, so a lot of water in the bunkers and ditches and the morning was cart path only. As the day dried out, the rangers let golfers know they were switching from cart path only to crossing at 90, which I'm sure helped the pace of play for those going off in the afternoon. Even with playing the front 9 with cart paths only, we were able to play 18 in 4 hours on a Sunday morning, very pleasant.
The clubhouse is getting redone, and will be very nice when it's completed. Right now there is no pro shop available and all of the transactions were done at the concession stand. Considering all the rain, the course in great shape. Some greens are very small and the layout is a little confusing going from hole to hole in certain areas where the holes bunch up.
I'll be back.
Found the course earlier this year. Very good layout with enough challenges to keep your game on track. Grandson shot his best round ever today and wants to go back again.
Just Beautiful
This course has gotten better and better every year.
Great Value
The course was very well maintained, and the staff were all friendly and efficient. The greens fee was competitive. We will return to this venue very soon.
Fantastic Value
I was extremely impressed with the condition of the course, especially when I paid just $22 to walk 18. greens were in great shape (not very fast though) and fairways were great as well. Some standing water in some of the bunkers, so that's the only negative. I would also love to see them widen the fairways and expand the greens just to make the course a bit more interesting. Overall a great value.
Rangers needed for slow play
Twin run is notorious for slow play due to lack of rangers. People play 5 or more together which results in slow play. You call to report and no one comes out. I called today after waiting on 3rd hole while 6 people played together. They said they would send someone out but no one showed up until 9th hole made for very long nine. Thankfully they played only nine. If you have 5 to 6 hours to waste go play there.
Good course for price
Nice course for price and people are very friendly - all except the surly ranger with the Santa beard. He has no business out there engaging with people - my goodness. And he does nothing with people slowing down the pace of play so what is his role? Rest of staff is great.
Enjoyable round, would play again!
Nice course in excellent condition. Tees, fairways and greens almost spotless. Nice to see the tee boxes not being covered in divots and broken tees. Bunkers were flooded and out of play. Small and undulating greens make scoring trickier than the relatively open layout first appear. Good for all skill levels and ages.
