Potter's Park Golf Course
About
The City of Hamilton offers two municipal courses, the championship Twin Run Golf Course and the regulation-length Potters Golf Course. They both provide some of the most affordable rounds in the area. Although Potters is the easier of the two courses, it's still a fun layout that has become a favorite with locals. It's ideal for beginners but also great for a quick round no matter what skill level. The back nine plays especially fast. The holes are mostly straightforward with a few strategically placed bunkers and subtle elevation changes to contend with. Potters Golf Course may not be the most challenging round you've ever played but the casual atmosphere and fun layout shouldn't be overlooked. It's also conveniently located less than an hour from both Cincinnati and Dayton.

Very Nice Course
I play this course a few times a year. The course is always in great shape. The pace of play has always been good. Friendly staff, nice carts, fair prices at concession. Looking forward to playing course again.
Crowded
Decent course but they double book so be ready for that, we pulled up for our 9:10am tee time and there was a twosome on the whites, a threesome on the black tees, and then us so that was a little disappointing. Besides that, I really liked the course , but not sure if I would play there again because of the booking situation, that’s the second time that has happened to us out there.
Terrible Experience
Course conditions were good as it related to greens, fairways, and tee boxes. Staff and marshalls were nowhere to be found. We had groups of six throughout our round ahead of us. Called in and asked if they allowed this and the answer was no. Gave them exact locations and was told a marshall would be sent out. Despite two calls to the pro shop no one ever showed up. They could have cared less. All they cared about was the $$$ they got for green fees. Would never play this course again. Should have taken no more than three hours to play and we waited for 15 mins on every hole. Waste of time and money.
Great Shape
Golf course was in pretty good shape for how small the greens are. Will come back.
Fun and Unique Golf Course
There is no other golf course like this. The course is a Par 69 (which they sell Par 69 hats in the pro shop) with the back 9 being a par 33. The back nine is nothing but very short par 4's and par 3's which can create some slow play issues because each hole is basically drive-able. The par 3's on this course are brutally difficult. Staff was friendly and the cheeseburgers were incredible! We will definitely be back!
Fast Greens
Course was in good shape, Greens were fast. 45 dollars is a little steep for this course. Should be 35 at the most. It's an enjoyable course to play.
Awful staff
Be prepared to be hit numerous times. We were hit 3 times on the front 9 and decided we had enough. Asked for a refund/rain check which they wouldn’t give for the back 9. Pretty rude staff and definitely would never play there again
Great Course. Walkers on the path during play.
There was an elderly woman taking a walk on the cart path while we were playing. Walked right in front of the tee box while we were teeing off. She didn't look around at all. She had the aditude like she belonged there. We were paying customers waiting for this woman to take a weekend stroll. Im not sure if the management knew she was there. It was a very dangerous situation.
Excellent day, great venue!
An iconic Hamilton landmark, with a great golfing day. Played 18 in less than 3 hrs on a Friday afternoon. Course in great shape with the summer we've had. Only issue being the course pro shop attendant being extremely slooow.
Golf courses don't give rainchecks on perfectly sunny days, regardless of whether or not other golfers yell "fore" on errant shots.
