Timberview Golf Club

About
Timberview Golf Club rolls across a diverse landscape that is ideal for a challenging round. The rolling terrain is covered with mature trees, ponds, and creeks. There is a housing development surrounding the golf course, but the houses do not intrude into the game. The layout features seven holes that were carefully carved from the dense forests and fourteen holes with water hazards coming into play. The course has a good balance of player-friendly holes and more challenging holes. The wide fairways are well manicured and the undulating greens are medium in size. In addition to the water and trees, sand fiercely guards the greens on half of the holes. The layout is still gentle enough to appeal to beginners. Timberview also offers two practice putting greens.

Timber view golf Marysville a hidden gem!
What a great little hidden gem! Checking in they treat you like family. Just a very reasonably priced, friendly, fun course to play! Thank you!
I'll be back!

Where is the money going
For a $35 dollar round you think you’d be playing a semi decent course. The course design is great, little short but that’s not the issue. Most of the tee boxes haven’t been groomed, the fairways and rough are equal length and height. The greens are not well kept either. At the turn my buddies bought some brats and they were clearly not cooked.
LIKE PLAYING ON CEMENT
The fairway is so bad it’s like hitting it off of a sidewalk. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because A FEW of the greens were decent. This course blows.
Missing Potential
This club has everything you'd want to see in a golf course. Practice areas. A restaurant/bar. Cart rentals. Friendly staff, etc.
However, the maintenance of the course itself is the only reason I will not return here until there's changes made. The first couple tees are pretty maintained, but the further you go, the worst it gets. The greens at nearly each hole are very ill-maintained. Some don't seem like they are tended too at all. Some of the bunkers aren't even bunkers. They're just a weed collecting circle.
The sprinkler system seems to be way off because the 10th hole's sprinklers started firing off at around 6:20pm.
The layout looks great... it just needs some TLC to get this Marysville course back to its greatness that it used to have according to framed newsletters in the check-in lobby.
Timberview
First time at course and just did the front 9. The tee boxes were beat up but greens, fairways and rough were exceptional. Green speeds were consistent, the layout was challenging but not impossible.
Would golf here again.
Worst course in columbus
Don’t waste your money. This is the worst course in Columbus by far. Can’t tell the difference between fairway and rough. Greens have dead marks all over. Go up the street to marysville, the ridge, or rolling meadows and you’ll have a much better time.
Price value
Course is not in good shape except greens which were fair. Weeds on ever tee box. But you get what you pay for and it was a low cost round.
Ok course
Its a decent course, but not taken care of very well. Lots of patchy areas in the fairways.
There are some challenging holes, but nothing too crazy. I tend to golf here somewhat often as you can always get a tee time.
