Solid Play, Solid Course
Tee’d off at 8:40am, finished in under 4 hours in spite of some slow play in front of us. While conditions around some greens may not be great, the greens roll well and consistently for the price. Avid golfers will want to have someone with them that can direct them on a hole or 2 off the tee, but if u are paired with others, you will likely find a friendly player who can point you in the right direction. The staff is welcoming and for the price it is a solid deal.
Will be playing again and again.
Need Rangers
Weekend golf is slow but without rangers it's horrendously slow. Cranbury is kept well but sand traps are horrible, very little sand.
Prices post-covid are still much higher than pre-covid.... nice course but not as nice on the wallet as it used to be...
Course in nice shape but pace of play was awful
Front nine was slow. On arriving at 10 tee at 3 in the sfternoon the pro shop was sending groups out to start on 10 making the back nine painfully slow and causing some confrontations on 10 tee. No ranger.
Have played here many times and enjoy it. Just think pace could be better managed this time around. And I think sending groups out on 10 in the mid afternoon on an already slow paced day was a bad idea.
Took over 5 hours to play.
It was a hot day and they squeezed way too many tee times in... there was a wait on each hole...
One guy ahead of us complained about having tee times too close to each other (and yes he was a bit rude but his point was valid) for instance we had a 11:10 tee time and their were groups 11:00 and 11:05. The staff didn't think this was a problem...
Only one thing is clear... it's all about the money and they could not care less if the golfers have a good experience.
Having to play a 5+ hour round on a super hot day is just not fun... should be able to play this course within 4 hours.
Always a Great Time
Another great day on the course! The sand traps didn’t have a lot of sand though.
