Great Value
Got a 7:40am two time for $26 on TeeOff. Course was in great shape other than some temporary tee boxes, which is understandable this time of year. Only negative comment would be the traps - they are full of stones and rocks so basically unplayable which is why I only rated conditions as a 3. Overall excellent value for the money.
Good value
Course is in ok shape, the greens are good but slow. A lot of the tee boxes are closed with matts but they are under repair... Again it’s a good value and a fun time.

Great value
Got an afternoon round for $25 .. and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the layout, in particular the green complexs. The greens are old school cool, with some great undulations you won't be able to see from the tee/fairway. Not a long course by ant stretch, but you'll need to put it in the right spots.
I've always gone to mercer oaks nearby, and those are still the better course(s) but this one wins the value and lack of crowds factor hands down.
Would definitely recommend !
Temp Tee Boxes took away a little
Many Tee Boxes were being repaired, which is good for the long term and they had mats out on several holes including driver holes without the normal rubber tees you might find on the driving range. The Net was everyone in my foursome hit bad shots off the mats which led to doubles or worse. Oh well. Otherwise the fairways and greens were in very good condition. Pace of play was great, finished in four hours. Snack stand and bar were open for outside dining and the beverage cart girl did a nice job getting around to everyone.
First time back in years
Very pleased with conditions on the course after a 15 year absence. Staff very helpful and friendly. Pace of play was awesome. Recommend.
Tee Boxes Closed
Extremely frustrated by multiple tee boxes closed. Course management must foresee these issues and have alternative box options. No one wants to hit off mats

Greens are in great shape
Other than some sketchy tee boxes the course was in nice shape. Greens very well maintained and no complaints about the fairways either.

course was in good condition but unfortunately we played when the tees were being airated.
Should limit the number of twosomes allowed out during peak period. We had foursome and had to let three twosomes and one threesomes thru which delayed out playing time greatly.
