Fairways and greens excellent condition. A few tee boxes chewed up. I def recommend it.

My usual gripe lazy golfers that don’t care about keeping the course in good shape. People please take 30 seconds to repair ball marks on the greens and ur divots in the fairways. It will make a more enjoyable round for ALL.

In spite of the lack of rain, the course was in excellent condition. There was a pair of golfers who were playing extremely slow. They wouldn't let anyone play through so the group in front of me played around them. I also got very frustrated and played around them also.

This should not happen.

I also noticed that, the last three times I played here, there were vehicles parked in the cross -patched area between tow handicap parking spots. I assume the vehicles belonged to course employees because they were there when I arrived (about 30n minutes before my tee time) and were still there after I finished my round. Since this is illegal, I would expect that the course would have taken action to correct this. But apparently this practice is approved by the course management.

The only thing worse than my play in this round was the course conditions itself. We haven't had rain in weeks so I expected the rough to be dry/dead and hard. However, most fairways and approaches were hard and had bare spots. Some greens were really hard so it made it hard to stick the ball and keep on the green. Others were soft. Many had lots of un-repaired ball marks and terrible cleat marks around the holes. Made it difficult to putt. One par 3 was hard as a rock so all of us hit good shots that should have went onto green or at least gone in front of fringe. But they all bounce off the back. Another par 3 we all played shots that would fall short of green so it would bounce on. However, that approach was soaking wet and the ball stuck. So it made it very difficult to judge your shots. The course is usually nice, the staff is very friendly and course is very close by my house which usually makes it an enjoyable play. However, on this day it wasn't enjoyable at all.

Was well maintained. Greens and sand we well kept. We had a fun day and I would recommend a round here.

About my 3rd review over past 2 years. Love this course, six par3’s and five par 5’s keeps it interesting. Greens are in amazing condition. Most are sloped back to front. Par 3 second hole is my favorite par 3 on the course. Gave course conditions only 4 stars because some portions of a few fairways are lost to some type of fungus/loss of grass. All Staff are very friendly, definitely worth my 45-50 minute drive from Staten Island NY.

Hasn't rained in awhile. Fairways were really hard and chewed up. Greens weren't too bad. Car path needs repair.

Friendly staff, nice layout for all skills, and fare pricing.

Course could use a little more water. Better to bounce approach shot to green than land on the green. In greener softer conditions this course is a lot more fun. When trying to take the appropriate divot with a wedge there were some very clanky vibrations off a very unforgiving ground right up the club.. Hence a lot of approach shots were off just enough to be green side all round. Next time.
