Small Fairways & Greens. Hard dry conditions
Course could use a little more water. Better to bounce approach shot to green than land on the green. In greener softer conditions this course is a lot more fun. When trying to take the appropriate divot with a wedge there were some very clanky vibrations off a very unforgiving ground right up the club.. Hence a lot of approach shots were off just enough to be green side all round. Next time.
Slow and dry.
We need rain ASAP and for a couple of days. The course is dry with loads of dead spots and no grass. Leaves everywhere. The greens are the only positives at this time. At this time I would not recommend playing this course.
Course great, starter sucks
Starter is a jerk.. pace of play was slow due to some walkers, but otherwise, great course
Carts had no divot repair sand. Very few ball washers on course and most of the sand traps not in the best condition.
Great course for a money saving round.
Nice course tight fairways which is good because it trains you so when you get to a wide open links course. You actually play better that's why I love training on these type of smaller tight courses. Just a great values for the price. Awesome staff. And a nice course. It's not Trump but you don't always need fancy to have fun and practice

Tee boxes need work, a couple of fairways were torn up, but the greens were in good shape.
Love this course
Probably my 3rd review since spring 2023. 45-55 minute drive from Staten Island NY and worth it. 6 par 3’s and all are challenging. Majority of greens are small with lots of slopes. 5 par fives and, the 13th is by far the easiest. Good drive of about 250-270 yards gives you a great chance of hitting the green in two. Staff are all friendly. Will definitely think of getting a sr. Yearly membership when I retire in 3-4 years.
