Will play again
Course was in nice shape, greens were fast, rough was thick. Cart path could use some work. Will be back soon.
Excellent course.
Great course for the money. Play a couple times a year. Conditions are always very good. Greens roll true and a couple of them are very difficult. Just a very enjoyable course to play.

Great Value
Old school parkland kept in excellent shape! The course will challenge all golfers from the proper tees and has many nice homes. The green complexes are excellent and greens roll true. For parkland, it does a nice job not feeling repetitive!
Still challenging
Haven't played there in 15 years, still a long and fairly challenging course. Clubhouse hasn't been touched since I was there last but course was still in pretty good condition and greens rolled nice.
Great layout, not in good condition
The course looked great. The layout is great. The greens were slow. the cart paths were awful, they were broken up throughout the course. There were also areas of the course that needed to be maintained and were not.

Course in great shape -- tee to greens, which are awesome putting surfaces. You do not want downhill putts on these, like #9 (the ball did not stop rolling past the cup from behind). Fairways are in great shape, and crew out working hard to clear leaves off the tree-lined holes 10,12,13,etc. As a single, I got paired up with good guys, so Thanx to GolfNow for the Hot Deals ......I will be back, always trying to redeem myself in an effort to break 80.

Course in great shape -- greens nice & quick, some with unbelievable breaks (depending on pin position). I had my share of 3putts; probably would have broken 80 if not for poor putting stroke or mis-reads. Ball sits up nice in fairways, and even the sand in bunkers good (just need fellow players to rake after use). Same with ball marks on greens, I probably repaired average 4/green. The par5s are really good, especially #6, 9, & 16; #17 is long/tough par3.. Thanx to GolfNow for the Hot Deals, and I joined up with another single golfer to make a very enjoyable afternoon at Pleasant Valley.
Pleasant Valley in Great Shape
Greens fairways, even sand bunkers in excellent condition. This fun course with challenging holes: 8,9, 12, 17. I played well (for an old fat Man distance challenged), and if it weren't for a couple of 3putts, I would have broken 80. I joined another guy off. GolfNow, and we had pleasant afternoon @ PV. Thanx to GN for the Hot Deals 🔥
I do plead other players to repair ball marks, replace divots, and strive to keep this course nice 👍
I'll be back!
Condition
Club house in really poor condition. Bathrooms out of service. Carts have windshields removed and were dirty. Cart paths are beyond pitiful. Golf course has a great layout,, large difficult greens that are in very good condition.
10 years ago it was a great course but now needs work. I probably won’t return
