Black Brook Golf Course & Practice Center

This is the second time I been ignored or told bad information by the staff. After completed the round Sunday we waited at the cafe to grab snacks and beverages but were ignored. In fact the 2 staffers didn’t bother to acknowledge us and walked out only to come in to serve others patrons.

It’s widely acknowledged among the minority community that you treatment of us is… different.

My first encounter, was told course was closed only for my parter to get a tee time 5 minutes later.

Well , no worries.. our group won’t be back as well as others we know!!!

The course for the money is unbelievable. Good shape. Fast play. Friendly staff. Not the hardest course but a lot of fun for sure. Would recommend.

I love playing Blackbrook its one of my favorite courses!

Booked 18 on a weekday afternoon at 330 pm for 2. Were not told leagues teed off at 5. Played front in 90 minutes. Went to make turn and ran smack into senior league. Course would not give rain check for 9 or let us play front again. Took nearly 3 1/2 hours to play the back. Absolutely ridiculous they wouldn't let us come back and play 9 another time. I was willing to even let them pick the time and date we came back!!!

Overall, an enjoyable afternoon. Staff was friendly. Course was in great shape. Although, near the 6th green, a horribly disrespectful and rude older golfer said our group didnt belong there. Apparently, the tee time we booked was in the middle of a league. Nothing was ever said to us and we were told to go off the front. That experience ruined the remainder of our game. The guy was not a ranger nor did he even work there. Our pace of play was held up by the groups in front of us, but yet, this passive aggressive A-hole decided to hold our game up even more and ruin an enjoyable 9. I don't plan on going back there.
