The worst ran course in Cuyahoga county
The absolute worst customer service from Frontline staff. Starters have no idea what their doing. The cashiers were down right rude. If you book thru golf now they make you wait and complain about you using the app instead of calling them for a tee time.
The course isn't in bad shape but way way over priced and they don't mow the rough so you loose balls that should be easily found on a well mowed course. AVOID this course. I live in north Olmsted and won't play here ever again!
Perfect morning
18 holes no waiting, great conditions friendly people can’t ask for much more

The Vale wet & CPO this Day
Staff is great & caring (at these weird Covid19 times). I went out as single, joined another single & had a great round; probably because it was so wet, my errant shots didn't bound too far off the fwy/green. Greens in nice shape, just very wet, both fairways & rough (no fault of SpringVale). CPO, but didn't bother our pace-of-play = 2.5hrs for all 18. Cart guy really nice & saw him wipe the cart for next player. Great value --Thanx GN!
Golfnow Folks Stay Away
The course doesn’t communicate well with Golfnow (for whatever reason.) Starter was rude. Tee times were overbooked as a result, and I played a 5 hour round on a “Hot Deal” on a Monday afternoon. I won’t be back. Course conditions and layout are the only positives I can think of.
Not bad-Not great
Course is usually in decent shape... worst part about it is they jam up the tee times, slow play, and send people off the back to maximize profits. Up there w Big Met in regards to slow play.
Come a long way
I have played here for years , but in the last two years it has become one of my preferred courses. The course for the money is excellent and the staff is very accommodating and help keep play going. They have made many improvements over the years but 2019 was definitely a good year for them
an okay course if you are in the neighborhood
a busy day on an average course...nothing special but...I was playing with an old friend so we enjoyed being out and the location was convenient
