About
Although it is located in Hauppauge on Long Island's North Shore, Wind Watch Golf Club possesses the look and feel of a destination course. Sprawling across a lush, rolling landscape covered with sparkling ponds, the course is as challenging as it is scenic. Water hazards come into play on 12 holes and there are more than 75 bunkers, some of which are massive in size, strategically placed throughout. Almost every hole presents golfers with a unique risk-reward opportunity. The golf course begins and ends at its highest point, which is one of the island's highest elevations. Wind Watch's closing hole provides a memorable finish as the only dogleg on the course. This par 4 takes a sharp left before climbing uphill to the triple-tiered green that is protected by three enormous traps.

Beautiful day course was in great condition
Piece of play was a little slow ranger asked us to play faster, but we obviously could not play through the group in front of us who was painstakingly slow the entire day.

Slow play at Wind Watch
Teed off last Wednesday around 1:30 wasn’t very crowded but got to 13 group in front of us was so slow 14 and 15 were wide open might need a ranger to keep people moving

Great course. Tough to play for the common golfer!
This course has everything
Very convenient location, Good layout, Friendly staff, Driving range, putting green, restaurant...a great place to spend a day.
PS Bathroom and locker room need to clean up more frequently but it's not dirty or unacceptable conditions.

Aerated and slow play
Slow play no ranger in site and weird person just was at one of the holes . Trying to play...

Nice Track
Course was in nice shape and is fairly challenging. Staff was very friendly and for $87.00 it's a bargain. I'd play it again!
