About
Beckett Ridge Golf Club was designed by Jack Kidwell, a well known name in Ohio golf. The course has a classic design that is inlaid with meandering streams that weave through stands of mature trees. The rolling landscape was deftly incorporated into the golf course. The layout offers a variety of holes ranging from long to short, tight to open. It is definitely a course that requires some strategy. One of the most memorable holes is the par-5 fifth. It measures 541 yards, but this downhill hole plays much shorter. There are out-of-bounds on either side and the tricky fairway slopes right to left but with some strategy and a little skill it is possible to make it home in two. Beckett Ridge is one of Southwest Ohio's best golf courses.

Good day
Nice course which was in really good shape. Greens were in good shape and fairways were as well. Lots of par 5s but all playable. if you’re playing from the right set of tees. Would definitely play again. New carts are great. Pro and staff doing a lot with what they have to work with.. Pace might have been a little slow but we weren’t playing real well and we’re never more than 1/2 hole behind group in front of us.

Disappointment.
Looked forward to playing this course for the first time but between the condemned clubhouse, the condition of course, and the 40 minute delay on the first tee an all around disappointment. Would not return.

Solid course with slow pace of play
Tee time was around 1230. Didn’t start until 1. Took 3 hours to play 9 holes. Obviously overbooked. Course was in good shape but 6 hours for a round is just not it.

Continuous improvement
Beckett is continuously improving. The greens and bunkers are in fantastic shape, the fairways are in good shape and a few of the tee boxes are needing work. With that being said, I have played here three times this year, all about six weeks in between each visit. Every time the course as a whole is in better condition. I would love a clubhouse but honestly I could care less, I come to golf and am willing to sacrifice the clubhouse for the price. I would assume when a clubhouse is built the greens fees will be north of $75, I will happily pay the $45 for golf and no clubhouse. To the Beckett Ridge staff, keep up the great work, you are well on your way to a fantastic course.

Course is much improved
I’ve play Beckett Ridge many times of the last 10 years and the course slowly deteriorated. HOWEVER, it has greatly improved over the past 2 years. Greens are the best I’ve ever seen them, fairways are greatly improved. And the course layout has always been great. I recommend giving this course another try if you haven’t been in the last 18 months.
