About
Beckett Ridge Golf Club was designed by Jack Kidwell, a well known name in Ohio golf. The course has a classic design that is inlaid with meandering streams that weave through stands of mature trees. The rolling landscape was deftly incorporated into the golf course. The layout offers a variety of holes ranging from long to short, tight to open. It is definitely a course that requires some strategy. One of the most memorable holes is the par-5 fifth. It measures 541 yards, but this downhill hole plays much shorter. There are out-of-bounds on either side and the tricky fairway slopes right to left but with some strategy and a little skill it is possible to make it home in two. Beckett Ridge is one of Southwest Ohio's best golf courses.

They did not have a tee box for the ladies. Tee grounds were on the fairway so played from yellow. It was a challenging. The greens were in great shape. I’ll go back!

Great condition.
Beckett Ridge is in great condition. Greens are smooth and fast. And the course is as challenging as ever. I real joy to play. We will be back next week.

Unacceptable pace of play
Played the last two Sunday mornings. Waited every hole and every shot. Thought the first Sunday might have been a fluke......I guess I was wrong, the second Sunday was even slower. I will not be back.

Course in terrible shape
Clubhouse is ran out of a rv trailer. Old Clubhouse is condemned. Course is in terrible shape. Price is way to high for course conditions. Use to be a in great condition but trees are overgrown, cartparth is deteriorating, tee boxes not manicured, just overall in BAD SHAPE! Will never be returning to this junk course!

New mgmt bringing back the course!
I’ve played here on and off for 15 years. Greens are back and fast. The rest of the course is being worked. New management has a really big job to get it back to the glory days of Beckett Ridge, but they’re doing it!

Course Improvements Paying Off
This course made the investment in fixing some areas around the greens and now that hard work is paying off. Players who have avoided it due to "grounds under repair" should give it another try. The layout is excellent with risk-reward par 5's and one that is particularly beautiful around water. As the newly installed sod around the greens takes hold it will only improve. The course is a great value for the money. Owners still operate it out of a trailer. I assume, based on the improved course, they have focused on improving the golf experience first. Bravo. No clubhouse, but so what? They sell beer for a very fair price and have $5 subs from Subway. Golf advice: stay below the hole!

Can find much better courses for the price. Construction all over the place, greens and fairways were nice but around the green it’s just a construction zone. Won’t be back until later in the year when hopefully everything is in order and looking like a normal course.
