Battle Creek Golf Club

I’ve played the course several times in the last year. The fairways and tee boxes are needing more care. I realize it was a tough winter, but mowing seems sporadic. The rough is unusually thick. The greens are good. Thinking about not coming back until things improve.

Unfortunately they had a ton of rain the day before I played. Carts had to stay on the paths, understandable, so it required a lot of walking. Normally not a bad thing, but with all the wet areas and the sun creating a steam bath effect it wore me out. The greens are in great shape, but there are an number of fairways in poor condition. I have played 4 courses in Tulsa this year and every single one has damage. Over all not a bad course to play.

The greens were flawless, however, the course is hit or miss on fairways. Some are great and some are awful. A few sand traps were in bad shape, but ultimately the greens make this a great place to play

Love this course. Convenient to where we stay while in town. Great staff!

Tulsa's severe freezing weather this past winter has ravaged some of the fairways. Intensive work is in process to restore them to former shape. Still a nice course to play, good value for the money. Unfortunately, was very windy and cold-staff did a great thing and gave us a raincheck after playing nine-much appreciated.

The fairways and greens were playable and very forgiving, good shots were rewarded and bad shots were penalized
