Course needs recovery time
The greens were in terrible condition…very frustrating. I play here a few times every year, and the layout is very enjoyable, for a public course, with lots of great views and interesting shots. This is the worst I have seen the greens. Based on what I saw, I will wait until fall before coming back to see if the greens have recovered.

Great layout.. only reason I didn’t rave about conditions is because of the time of the year! Will definitely go back and check this track out this summer!! Oh and greens were fabulous condition wise!!
Major comeback
I’ve grown up playing this course, and let me say.. it is a complete 180 from the course I grew up playing. This was my first time on since roughly 2017-18 and it was a blast. Highly recommend it to new area players, or just someone coming through. The pantry staff was awesome, but the clerk (pro possibly) at the pro shop seemed to be a little.. reserved… (we’ll chalk it up as a bad day, maybe). The course was nice, greens were tricky, all around a great time.
A gift from my son
What can I say I got to spend a great day with my son playing on a great course, It was challenging through all 18 holes but the most important thing again I must say was I get to spend the day with my son. On the 18th hole my son hit one shot and if you’ll see it it’s about 3 to 4 foot from the green perfect shot for a perfect day
The Canyons
One of my favorites in the Tulsa area, well worth the drive from owasso. Always look forward to coming here.
Slow play
I love playing the Canyons but today was disappointing. Didn’t know the back 9 was closed until we started playing. It took 3 hours to play 9 holes.

Black jack is absolutely my favorite course to play in Oklahoma. Beautiful views, great course maintenance, and good food.
