The Canyons At Blackjack Ridge

Great course for the money. The elevation changes make for a challenging round, but not a super hard course overall. The course was in great shape and the clubhouse staff are really friendly.

The course can be in rough shape at times, but it’s getting more consistent, and they seem committed to improving the course.

It has the most drastic elevation changes in the area and some of the best views of downtown Tulsa. Not a hard course assuming you have a range finder with elevation. Greens aren’t the best, but they’re not the worse. Overall, one of the better public courses in the area with the potential to be even more

The course was overly crowded. So much so I wondered if many were walk ups without a reservation. The c is excellent itself, but the pace of okay was so slow id rather play a worse course where you can establish a rhythm.

Great layout. Will challenge your game, especially from the back tees. Loved the course.

I know it is tough to water fairways at public courses, but the fairways at the canyons were rock hard and very, very fast. Cannot wait to play it again in the fall after (hopefully) some rain. The layout is beautiful and looking down #10 and seeing the Tulsa skyline if pretty sweet.

It is the hottest temperature I have ever golfed in (106 degrees @ tee off).

The pro shop was very accommodating and the snack bar very nice.

The pace of play is incredibly slow and there is not a Marshall to monitor it. Weekends are the worst - it’s better on weekdays. However, if you’re not in a hurry and just out for the day, it’s a fun course.

Greens were recently aerated so shots into them didn’t hold very well, and putts were hard to read. Otherwise a fun course that takes some skill not to over hit off the tee. If you miss the fairway it’ll be difficult to find the ball.

Relatively short course but very challenging. Greens are coming around nicely after changing to Bermuda. The greens aren't large and require a good eye for reading the breaks. Several holes invite the brave to take chances. Great sand traps. The sand isn't river sand. It's white and very easy to hit out of. The grill has really good food and a variety of beer/alcohol. New golf carts but no GPS. Great views of Tulsa city scape. Love the course!

Course plays well. Everyone is very friendly. Views are really nice!

I have played this course more times than I can count. I had not been out since it reopened with the new greens. Love the improvements! The tips are back and the conditions were in the best shape I have ever seen. I will be back!
