The Canyons At Blackjack Ridge

I've been playing at the course for over 45 years. Over those years the course got better and better. It had been my favorite Tulsa area course.

This is the 1st time I played there this year. Bottom line:it's in terrible shape. With all the rain the Tulsa area has had, there's no reason for there to be so many bare spots. Off to the right of one hole, I noticed quite a number of pallets in a pile, They apparently had laid some sod in the past, but it sure wasn't evident. I don't know if the CIty of Sand Springs hasn't allotted enough money for course maintenance or not. But, sadly, I will never play there again unless I hear that the course has gotten back to the condition it's been in the past

There are some really nice public tracks in Tulsa, and I’ve been fortunate enough to play most of them. But this one is something special, the views are immaculate and the course is tricky and fun. Slope and elevation changes will keep you on your toes and leave you wanting more.

This is a great public course. It has to be my favorite in the area! It’s challenging and awesome views and terrain. Would definitely recommend!

Poor course conditions. Lots of sand and mud in the middle of the fairways. I showed up early for my Tee time and the proshop changed my Tee time to a later time. Not friendly proshop staff.

had a great time at the canyons this past weekend, definitely would play course again. i am still waiting on Golf Now to award me my points though.

There are lots of good courses in the Tulsa Area, but this one takes the bacon. Greens are in excellent condition, and no issues with course conditions at all. Cart girl was super friendly and made sure to check in with us periodically. If you haven't been here yet, use this comment as a sign from the gods that you should just go ahead and book it lol

The course was absolutely immaculate even after the big storm the night before

Very challenging lots of elevation changes and fast greens. A must play when in Tulsa!

Played an early spring round, mid morning tee time on a Saturday. Pace was moderately slow most of the round, but got ridiculous at the turn. The marshal stopped a player in our group to give a swing lesson, broke up a fivesome in front of us two holes later, and, with groups backing up, proceeded to give another swing lesson to a player in front of us. They need to get a real marshal out there to handle pace of play, not make it worse.

Course was great for late winter conditions.

I love the challenging layout and the friendly folks who keep in such good condition.

Good views, greens in good condition, mushy around greens.
