Would suggest Marshall once in a while observe pace

Had a high handicap foursome in front of us shooting from the tips

Held up pace most of the morning

We still had fun

PRO: Although the greens were untrue due to aeration the course was in great shape.

CON: the driving range was to expensive.

Interesting course layout. Very long with a par 6 hole at the 18th. You need to stay on the fairway or you will be very challenged in the rough. Greens are very good.

Very unhappy booked a tee time over 1 week ago. Then I pull up to the course to find no one there except the grounds crew. The guy told me the course is closed for aeration. Now I’m waiting to get a refund. Why book the tee times for a day that you are going to close the course.

I am a fan of Cherry Creek for many reasons. Played here numerous times and it is challenging because greens are small and pin placements are well thought out. Fairways are wide open but the length makes up for that. Staff great and pace of play is almost always quick. Enjoyable golf.

This can be a great place to play but we hadn’t been to Cherry Creek for over a year due to slow play. This time we followed a raucous foursome who were playing loud music in their cart, drinking beers continuously and then tossing beer bottles, cans and cigarette and cigar butts on the tees and all over the course. We complained to one person but never saw a ranger and had no cell phone to call into the pro shop. Round took 5 1/2 hours and we actually waited for nearly every single shot.

Inside the clubhouse smells like mold and ad if the toilettes are backed up.

It’s a shame.

Hard to believe that this is the description of the group ahead of us. They were a foursome of mostly young guys drinking beer the whole day hacking up the course, They slowed down each hole so that we had to wait for 95% of our shots. Round took nearly 5 1/2 hours!. They constantly played loud music on their cart. They constantly yelled, whooped it up and acted inappropriately. . They threw their empty beer bottles and cans and cigarettes on the tees and the course. We alerted one person on the course who took no action. No rangers on the course. Bar area smells moldy. Depressing inside. Always liked Cherry Creek, conditioning a bit low, and won’t be back for a long while. Told the pro inside when we were done. Sad.

Great layout and near perfect greens. Some very challenging holes; VERY long from the tips, so beware. Close to farm stands and wineries for post-golf activities.

Nice track ! Course is in great shape. The greens were a bit bumpy. Probably because of the rain storm. Discent amount of ball Mark's on the greens. Every time I come here. Always have a hard time finding my ball after my tee shot. If u spray alot or beginner golfer the Links is definitely for you. For the advance golfer and tour pro the tips definitely challenging. The place is great to get lessons too.

The fairways and green were perfect

Just roll off the fairway and you ball gets swallowed up

Which is why the movement takes longer than usual. A lot of players looking for their ball for 20 minutes just inches off fairway

The course was in excellent condition. However, the rough was a bit high.

Always enjoy playing the course because of the openness and pace of play midweek. Great value and excellent staff, course is in great condition. Plenty of restaurants nearby in Riverhead for after round.

Long course but you have four choices from where you gonna hit from the tee box.

Course was in great condition played as a twosome at 6:30 in the morning was in my car pulling out of the parking lot at 10 AM
