Cherry Creek Golf - The Links Course

Played early morning round. No complaints. But come prepared with many balls. Many lost balls in the surprisingly thick rough and tough to find with the early morning sun

The course is in excellent shape. It is wide open with few trees.

Played for first time with another single player. Great course but the pace of play was awful. It took 5 hours to play on a power cart and every group ahead of us had a power cart. Nobody seemed to monitor play and get the pace to speed up. I belong to a private course that a 4 some plays in 4 fours or less walking. Joined a 3 some ahead of us on #16 and finished up as a 5 some or it would have been a 5 hour+ round.

The Course is in great shape! Its wide open! Great track for all skill levels.Greens were a litte slow due to them being rolled. Hope to take my brother in law here soon. One of the best course on LI. Rough was healthy and course drains well after a large amounts of rain.

Course is in great shape. They know how to grow grass. Only negative is they should have a smaller range bucket for warmup. $10.00 is too much for pre - round token. Halve the the amount of balls for $6.00.

We waited on every shot. At the turn we went inside to get a few beers and hot dogs and it took us 20 minutes. Either setup an ordering process at 9 tee so they can throw a few hot dogs in or at least have a separate waitress taking orders for those turning.

The bad part of this wait was that even after the wait we still had to wait to tee off on 10.

Also only saw beverage cart twice and we played mid morning on a Saturday.

Loved the course otherwise. Great layout and in great shape. Greens rolled true and fast.

We play regularly Sunday morning earlly bird special, called on Saturday to confirm that the time for the early bird special was from 5:30 to 6:30 we show up on Sunday morning and the guy behind the counter ( will ) who I talk to Saturday to confirm the time informed us that the time for early bird special was from 5:00 to 6:00, wouldn't let us play 6:20 in the morning not busy at all even though a single had must gone off the back nine, I play three times a week I will never play these two golf courses ever again, bad management, no busines turning away golfers, I'm telling everyone. You know what they say, a good experience will tell three people, a bad experience will tell ten people, thank you for letting me vent, I love golf now.com

Great course in great shape. The rough wasn’t overgrown but it was thick and tough to hit out of. Fairways and greens were perfect.

Course is in excellent shape! Greens medium speed. Tee box long from the tips. What I like about the course is its wide open and not tight. Certain holes small greens. Greens are better at the woods. Difference is the Woods is shorter vs links longer. The rough is thick and you really have to hit the ball out there. Not sure about sand because I wasn't in the sand. Over all it's one of the best course on Li Ny. If your a beginner suggest u play the links. You want a challenge than the Woods.

The course was in great shape for early in the season. The greens were really well manicured and rolled true Defintely will be back to play again. I really wouldn’t consider this a links course however.. if you want to play a real links course go across the steeet to the vineyards
