Cherry Creek Golf - The Links Course

Tends to be windy. Challenging and fun course. Lots of risk reward holes

This is a beautiful course and beautifully maintained. The rough was thick but low so I didn't lose or find a ball all day. Pace of play was very good. Maybe everyone was in Old Westbury watching Dustin battle Jordan. I've enjoyed The Woods across the street but this course is even better. No bare spots under the trees. My only complaint as with all other public courses is the divots on the greens. I wish every course would hand out a divot tool with every scorecard and directions printed on the card on how not to scar the green.

Even though it did rain quite a bit the night before and the sand traps were filled with water. I just don't get car paths only. I understand staying off the Fairway is a must especially for this course as it is always in excellent shape... but why don't they have you ride the rough, this way if you slice a ball you could ride the right rough and if you hook one you can ride the left rough staying off the fairways. If I was given the option of a pull cart instead of riding and to pay that price, I would have been happy. wasn't playing today for exercise but rather for sport. Sorry I just feel I needed to vent..... I will still make the 45-minute ride to play this course again I would recommend it

round of golf took 5 1/2 hours...group in front of us were playing the blue tees and they were not blue tee people...they also drove their carts up to the tee boxes and greens...ranger was there on one occasion and did not tell them to remove their cart. course needs to be better managed so all can enjoy a great day of golf in a reasonable amount of time.

Beautiful breezy Sunday round spent at the Links. Friendly staff checked us in and helped us get set up graciously. Tee boxes and fairways were in great shape. Greens would be decent if players actually fixed their own ball marks. The rough was a little high for easier scoring. This is a big factor especially when the wind is blowing. Overall I love the way this course plays. It's long and with wind plays even longer. Good ball striking is a must to score. With elevated greens and many protected bunkers, shot making and scrambling will be put to test as well. Overall, just a great round spent on a great course and facility. Only negative was slow play because it is was busy Sunday.

My problem is golf now is misleading that I could not use the teatime when I want too. Did not realize you had to use the hot times if I knew this I would've advised my daughter not to purchase this as a gift for me again

Played Cherry Creek on Monday cart path only due to rain. Coarse in great condition fairways sand traps greens well maintained. Had to quit do to steady down pour. Waiting to play again with friends.

Was charged full amount for not being able to attend. Was in an accident on route to course and explained this to the guy and he said there wouldn't be a problem. Iv been playing golf for 10 years and never seen anything like this. Horrible way to treat people.

I was a member there for about 15 years after it opened but have not played it the last four years.

The course was fairly empty on a hot Monday, but played at a great pace. Our 4some played in 3 1/2 hours and the group after us was 1 hole back. Pace of play was the reason I stopped playing.

Course was in excellent condition; rough is tough, but fair. Greens were fast.

Cart "girl" came around frequently

Booked the time on Golf Now (2 tee time2... a 2some and a 3some). Checked in no problem. No one else assigned to our groups (excellent!) and we played in less than 4 hours and 20 min (we may have snuck in a couple of 5somes on a few wholes - but it was when we were backed up, so it only helped). All in all, very nice, well maintained course. And no leaching golf bag guys that would normally suck an xtra 10 or so in tips).

Great practice facilities, hitting off grass.

Beautiful greens and wonderful condition.
