Cherry Creek Golf - The Links Course

Course is in phenomenal shape, the greens were in amazing condition.

Course was in good shape. Greens roll fast and true which is great, but each time there are a few pins placed in likely illegal locations due to the slope they’re on… roll it a dimple past the cup and watch it take off. Starter was cool…Pro Shop staff was unfriendly and difficult for no reason.

Track is in great condition for this time of year. Caught one of the last warm days outside and ended up playing as a single with a few of the starters- a bunch of really nice guys had a great time playing with em. Will be coming back soon

I had 2 visiting brother in laws play this course for first time. My one brother in Law was invited up to my house from Pa. to partially pay him back for multiple rounds as a guest at his club. He loved the course and would like to come back to play it again. Lunch at Tweeds in Riverhead wasn’t too bad either.

Great course and in very good condition. Greens were superb. Rolling fast and challenging! Tee boxes great. Some areas of fairways were a little wet or think grass but overall good. Love playing here!

Layout of the course is great and there are some pretty challenging holes! But it’s fair and there are also some easier holes. Tee boxes were pretty good, some fairways were rough, not cut as low due to the shortage of rain recently. Greens were great. Beautiful facility with flowers everywhere around the clubhouse. Looking forward to going back!

I’ve played here many times before so I didn’t have unrealistic expectations going in. The “fairways” were terrible. Long and patchy. The bunkers were loaded with rocks. Not pebbles but big rocks. This is just lazy management. It’s also extremely tacky that the starter has money clipped to his clipboard, suggesting he should be tipped. You did not do anything that deserves a tip. I made the reservation and that was the time we teed off. If you did something for me then I would tip accordingly but it is done discreetly. Cherry Creek is the only course that I’ve ever seen this at. They should be ashamed.

This course has a great features. Newly aerated the time we play.

Played here twice on my visit to NOFO this time. First time didn’t play very well .. like bogey golf with 5-6 pars. Second time played very well. Keys - hit it in the fairway, the rough is tough. They just punched the greens and fairways but still a real good test of golf. You need to hit crisp good shots to score. Usually I’m a single and I get matched up with 2-3 others. Enjoyed their company regardless of skill level- good, intermediate Or beginners. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Great course, plays well. Wish they would’ve advised us of aeration. Had to play through the course aerating the fairways and walking all over mud
