Great Course
Staff always helpful working hard to improve and maintain this course
Extremely slow...indifferent staff
Using GolfNow I was put behind a scramble tournament that had 5-6 players per team. Several teams had beginners. I had a 10-15 wait on every tee box. I informed a course marshal who did absolutely nothing. It was near 100 degree heat, yet no drinks cart. All this for $34.00 walking. Needless to say, I won't be back.
Greens Not up to Par
In my opinion the greens have not yet recovered from the wet winter yet. But besides this still one of my favorite courses.
Should be closed for winter
I knew the course would be wet with the type of weather we've had this winter, but this course shouldn't be open for another month or two. The majority of the fairways are unplayable because of standing water and if you get in the rough you better have hip waders on. Even the tee boxes aren't really playable. I tried to play through it and find places to hit that weren't water logged, but I skipped 3 holes and walked off. Save your money, go to the driving range, and come back in May.
Never go back!
This course was totally unplayable. It was a swamp and some of the fairways were so wet they could not mow them and have not been mowed in a long time. Lost multiple balls in the fairway due to plugging beneath the surface or areas that were 6 to 8 inches long. First cut of ruff was 8 to 10 inches of grass laying down due to water. Miss the fairway and your ball was gone.
There was no mention of the course conditions, the only comment by staff was to see if we had a cell phone incase we got the cart stuck in the mud they could come pull us out.
The bunkers on the back were un groomed and full of weeds. This truly was the worst coarse I have played at age 59. We quit on 15 and went in. I guess the mud and grass slung down the side of the carts that were lined up at the first tee should have been a clue. We never made a mark on our score card it was that bad.
Clubhouse service, well lets say the bartender let us know that he was the cook, waiter and the bartender. Service, not so good. This place is in serious trouble and Golf now should remove it from their app. We only saw 3 other golfers on the course the whole day.

Great Value! Great people!
Excellent staff. This course is kept up nicer than some clubs in South Salem that are twice as expensive! Even when it's wet the course is very playable.
Great Course!
The course is challenging, but not to the point where you aren't going to have fun. I will go back and play 18 again for sure!
Baffling experience
I booked my tee time through Golfnow and showed up at the clubhouse to be told that I was going to be forced to play with 3 other guys when there wasn't another person on the course. Over 50 percent of the greens and fairways were in horrible condition. The only good thing about the course is how cheap it is.
Good 18 hole course
Good course for all levels of players. I used every club in my bag, which makes for a fun round. "Sand" traps are poor, due to lack of sand. Greens played better than they looked.
BAD EXPERIENCE
Course is drying out.
Difficult getting tee in ground.
Fairways are hard and drying up
Greens are in poor shape
Terrible course
Hardly worth the $10 deal they offer once daily on Golf Now! I would not pay more, the staff and ownership are rude, I have been "barked" at more than once for not getting the cart back before they "close" once I was told they close at 7 pm and yesterday they said they close at 5! In the Summer. Course is in terrible shape hopefully there will be new ownership soon the ship is sinking fast!!
Weekend getaway
Nice mature course, great for family fun!! Food was good.
Fun course
Course condition was very good for this time of year. Open fairways and basically a flat course which makes it easily walkable. Very good drainage and well maintained made for an enjoyable round of golf.
My only complaint was the non-existent food service. I wanted to grab a quick lunch before the round but was told the "cook walked off the job". I've had good experiences in the past so I'm sure this is a temporary problem.
Overall, a fun course, friendly staff, and a great value. Will definitely recommend to friends.
Mediocrity
Good deal at discounted rates only. Course is an easy, flat walk. Beautiful, old sequoia trees line several fairways.
the course was in good condition
The course was in pretty good shape considering all the rain that's been hitting the valley.
bad owner
the lady that said been owner from 1989 was very awful bad mouthing golfnow cust. because she dont make any money off us and dont want to follow rules think about playing if got to deal with her otherwise not a bad place to play for a good price
Soggy...yet Satisfying!!!
Played 18 on Friday afternoon...was good overall...but the back 9 was really soggy...not good conditions...lost two balls just outside the fairway...thud and gone...I would recommend playing the front 9 twice
It was a blast
Had a great time, course was a little wet but over all great shape,
Ok Golf Course
The narrow fairways and small greens make this course quite challenging. It's a fun course to play during the fair weather but can get soft during the winter months. They have a great restaurant to relax after a round.
A great getaway
This course is well laid out, offers unique challenges on every hole, but it's hazards are not too difficult for the average golfer. It seems like a bit more fun than many courses, because par is achievable but still not so easy.
