Meadowlawn Golf Club

I played this course 2 years ago and thought it was veery nice. However, this time it was a huge disappointment.

The fairways were dead, dried up grass (never watered) and the greens were in horrible condition (big bald patches).

Someone told me that the sprinkler system didn't work, hence the dead fairways, and that the person who had plugged the greens in the spring didn't know what he was doing and ruined the greens.

It used to be a nice short course, but the greens are almost unplayable now.

The greens are improving a lot. The areas around the greens are punishing if you don't hit the greens. You hit the hard pan and your ball rolls away 20 to 30 feet past or to the side I like it because it makes it more challenging! The staff are great and helpful 👍. The pace of play is good usually most of the time but sometimes you get behind the elderly folk and they won't wave you past.

Went there after not being there for a few months and the greens still had holes in them. I asked the front desk what happened and they said their pump had broke and they didn’t have money to buy a new one.

You’re basically hitting off hay and the greens are one of the worst I’ve ever played on. It’s not worth the 16-20 dollars for nine holes.

It's a par 3 course that's affordable to practice on the short game. Not for putting, the greens are in bad shape. For the price it's definitely worth it. Friendly golfers and staff.

Green are good but the putting different. The couse

is easy to walk and varied layout.

Technology was evidently not the staff’s strength. That being said, I am a GolfNow+ member, and pay using the app so I do not have to pay while at the course. The gentleman helping me gave me a “pass,” but claimed my reservation was not “green,” indicating I had to pay.

I hope there is not another hiccup of this nature in the future. The place was uncomfortably over booked.

The fairways had not been mowed in at least a week or two. It was very difficult to even find your ball in the middle of the fairways.

The greens were in horrible shape. almost went home after the 2nd hole.

This is a hidden gem and appears to be utilized primarily by locals. Great course for those just looking to get out to enjoy a round for a cheap price. I have improved my game each round here.

I highly recommend this course for those golfing on a budget. The course is taken care of. It’s not in the best part of town, and it is public, so take from that what you will.

The greens were aerated so no putting to speak of. The rest of the course was good no one in front good pace for golf.

Their irrigation pump is broken. They are waiting for parts. Therefore the greens were terrible.

Fun to play, as a senior. I can walk it and enjoys the flat terrain. Played there for 30 years, on and off.
