Best condition in the Poconos

There was a groundskeeper riding around the course with a leaf blower . After each foursome finished the green and went to next tee he went to green and blew any leaves and debris off for the next group!!!!

Who does that??????????????

I had played here 20 years ago and hated it. I played a few weeks ago and was blown away by the conditions on every hole. Don’t let the distance fool you. This is a tough course requiring accuracy and intelligence. My only criticism is no practice putting green. This is a great course play

PLAYED HERE ON A WEDNESDAY EARLY MORNING AND I PLAYED ROUND IN 3 HOURS. EVERYTHING WAS CUT, TRAPS WERE RAKED, AND HARDLY ANYONE ON THE COURSE.

ONLY ISSUE IS THERE ARE A BUNCH OF CHEWED UP TEE BOXES. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS SOON OR BY THE END OF JULY, THERE WON'T BE ANY GRASS ON A FEW TEE'S

Could use some tree maintenance. Way too many big trees with over hanging limbs. Makes it almost impossible to hit off some tees. Could probably eliminate Hole 17 all together, who makes a hole turn 90 degrees and give you nowhere to land the ball for your first shot. Greens are always very sloped and hard to keep the ball on the green.

I've played several different local Pocono courses this year and this is the best of them. Super interesting layout. Greens are on the same level as top private courses. Fairways are ok, rough is reasonable. Bunkers are to be played as ground under repair, which is the norm around here this year. I guess sand is expensive/unavailable. I'll be back again and again to play here and when you get a $20 hot deal it's a steal.
