Very hilly course that makes club selection a challenge!
This course was in good condition but the cart paths are horrible. Greens were sloped and fast very seldom will you have a shot from the fairway that isn't above or below your feet. It was a fair deal for 15 dollars and I am glad a played the course.
Course was in excellent condition, cart paths were horrible
The greens and fairways were in great condition but the cart paths were filled with potholes. With that said I would still recommend the course for the hot deal price of 15 dollars
No value
This course is not and according to the starter never was a Country Club. Starter asked group if We tee off ahead of them they said ok no hurry, but He didn't let Us start and We waited every hole every shot. Normal rate for Senior is $28.50, and Golfnow.com was kind enough to refund us the difference.
This course no value for the money
Greens and fairways in fair condition, cart paths very poor.
Wet areas in various places from watering (it did not rain).
Arrived 40 minutes early and had to wait for 2 groups of 2 to go first even though they were late and no one was on the tee, in the fairway or on the green for about 10 minutes. The starter asked one of the guys if We could go He said He was not in a hurry but starter did not let us go and they held us up the entire round.
We will never go back.
Also found out We could have walked on for $28.50 senior and We paid 30 + tax = 34.09 each
Good course for the money.
The greens, fairways and sandtraps were all very well groomed and maintained. Some tee boxes were tore up a bit, however I was playing after a large outing took place. The cart path in some sports was full of big holes and chewed up real good. But I felt the quality of the fairways, greens, and bunkers well out weighed the unquality of the tee boxes and cart paths.
This course is great for your average golfer. Great course and at a reasonable rate.
I really enjoy placing this course. It has a variety of different holes and is a great value.
This course is not for the beginner
The green on this course are very fast and hard to keep the ball on the green. The fairways are nice and but tight.
Great Course with exciting holes
I play this course about twice a month and is one of my go to courses. The first hole is great teeing off a tee box high up and letting the ball fly to the fairway below. For the rest of the holes, they are all great minus some obstructions. 2nd hole you have a chance at hitting power lines approaching the green and there are alot of trees as well. If you like a semi challenging course with no holes alike this is the course for you. If you do not like courses that have alot of trees and fast greens it would not be for you, As mentioned the greens are fast real fast. Hope this helps!
One of my "regulars"
I play this course at least twice a month. It is a nice simple course with very few frustrating situations. Great value is one of the main reasons for why I play here so much, with location being the other. The course is almost always in good shape and the staff has always been friendly.
The course needed a ranger to control play Plus bad stink bug problem
The course was in fair shape but could use some work. in general it was fine. The main proble was need a ranger to control people driving in the wrong fairways and not caring if causing a problem for the other golfers. these people did not know where to go, when should play and who was where. It was a 6 and a half hour round and not the way to play golf. The biggest problem were the stink bugs. There were hundreds on the greens, on the carts, just everywhere. had to empty our bags and bang them out and hurry to put away things to get ridof them. the car was coverd. play a lot of golf and have not seen these bugs except here. came home and cleaned bag out to get even more out. never go there again until take care of this problem.
