Poor Management
Course is great condition but management is poor. Had to wait on each tee 10-15 minutes. After playing 9 holes in 2 1/2 hours, we come to 10th hole where they have a league teeing off instead of the 1st hole. After a slower back 9 we quit after playing 7 holes in 2 hours. Never had a problem before but found out this afternoon league always goes off the 10th tee.

Played 18 in 2 hours. Greens rolled well and quick
Always a pleasure
I have probably played there 20 times and never had any problems or issues. It's always a pleasure to play there It's not the longest course but the conditions are always great and the pace of play is always good.

I play this course a couple times a year and it’s always a quality course to play.
Always nice to play at Rich Maiden
Friends asked me to check in on Golf Now for a Tuesday afternoon tee time. The course was very busy and the play mostly just moved along with an occasional slow down. We were one of the last tee times for the early afternoon so everything went as expected. My game could have been better I was missing putts because I never really got into reading the greens very well. The staff is very friendly and the course was in pretty good shape considering how dry the weather has been.
Won't honor GroupGolfer Certificate
Had a bad experience and won't be going to Rich Maiden anymore. They've lost a customer for good. Plenty of other golf courses nearby. The refused to honor a Groupgolfer Certificate. The certificate was expired but per Groupgolfer policy it is still worth face value. Tried to use the certificate to take $18 off the regular weekend 18 hole rate and they refused to honor it. With COVID and getting deployed I was unable to use it the pervious season. They were extremely rude about it and the older gentleman there said to me in a very snarky attitude "Do you know what expired means?? ". Not a good way to treat a repeat customer.

What can I do if my voucher expires?
When a voucher expires, it does lose its promotional value; however, all expired vouchers are worth the amount paid towards the good or service at the golf course. For example, if you purchased a voucher redeemable for 18 Holes with Cart and a Small Bucket of Range Balls for $25, your expired voucher is worth $25 towards the value as listed on the offer. You would only be required to pay the difference.
