It is a very interesting golf course.
It is a very interesting golf course. It has steep ups and downs and a beautiful layout. What impressed me the most was that the course was designed around the restrooms, and I think that is a good thing
South Hills GC - South-West courses
The South and West courses were in good condition, and I was able to avoid delays on the West by starting on the South 9. I completed the round in under 3 hours walking after starting at 1145AM. The greens were in very good shape. There was no drinking water offered on the courses. Great value for the money.
Soggy day
The wife and I played this course while
Visiting the area. We got a great deal on GN and wanted to get a round in, so we gave it a shot. It’d been raining a lot in the area and the course was really wet. That being said, the course was a very nice suprise. We played the anorth course for the front 9 and east course for the back. We enjoyed the front a little more with the layout but back was a little more open and good chances to score well. Fairways and greens were great and most tee boxes were good. Overall a nice course, especially for the price.
Side note, we grabbed dinner after the round at the restaurant and it was one of the best burgers I’ve eaten in a long time.
Nice Course
I wouldn't want to play here after a rainy night. Course didn't drain very well. Not many cart path. On a dry day, this is a good course to play for the layout and money.
Great value
First time playing and it was well worth the 30 minute drive amd the price is unbeatable. My wife though the greens are treacherous but after a few holes you get to know how to play them. The tee boxes and fairways were fine. The greens were well taking care of. Due to recent rains the fairways and rough were long. Pace of play was good. Hope to play again.
4 out of 5
Everything about this course is great. The courses, the staff, the food, the brew. The only thing is it has some of the worst cart paths around. With some of those taken care of I don’t think you could beat this course. Would definitely recommend.
Give a warning
The first notice that the greens are freshly punched and completely covered in sand should not be the starter! Not the clubhouse and not online
