Overall a great day of golf

This is a lovely little course where you don't have to be a long hitter to do well. The layout has a good bit of variety to test every aspect of your game. The course is also in very good shape for this time of year but the pace of play was a problem once again. A course marshal and/or instruction to walkers and slow players to let others through would go a long way to improving the experience for everyone.

Had a 2some playing in front of my dad and I. The one was teaching the other how to do the basics of playing golf along with how to swing a club and hold a club. It took over 2 hours to play the first 7 holes till they gave up and left. They had the course backed up majorly and needed a ranger out on the course to try and keep pace of play moving

A ball hit my left elbow while I was seating in my cart waiting my wife to tee off at the Hole 5 which is just left of the H4 Green. The ball came from H4 RED Tee hit by a young female. I waited for them to arrive at the H4 Green but None of them apologized but insisted that they said fore and it is a part of the game and did not provide their contact info. I play here a lot but I always felt afraid of getting a hit by the ball driven off from H4 Tee box while waiting in the H5 because the H4 Green is just too close and the red tee is only about 100 yards so easy to reach the golfers waiting in the H5 tee box. I highly recommend to build some protection in the H5 Tee Area preventing balls flying in from H4 Tee box especially from the Red or Gold Tee area.

Fun layout and it has a great variety of different layouts for the holes. Fairways need some attention and the tee boxes were a little furry but for a cheaper fun course I recommend it.

This course is not easy by any means for an average golfer, but it is challenging and a lot of fun

I know it was a holiday but the pace of play was pretty bad. There wasn’t a marshal driving around like you would expect. We waited 10 plus minutes on some holes since they were so backed up. We actually left after the 11th hole. We didn’t feel like waiting any longer. The course was in ok shape, some of the tee boxes were torn up. This was what I would consider a hackers course. The staff was friendly though.
