The Bucks Club

Many improvements have been made at this course and course is in good shape. Slow play made this round unbearable, we had a threesome in front of us, who were a parent and two sons. They took so long since the parent was giving lessons to his two sons and at times were hitting more balls than allowed. This is not a course you can do that since it was busy. 5 hour round is way too long since you’re sitting on the tee box just waiting. Not an enjoyable day golfing.

Greens are tough with some of the pin placements

This course is a pleasure to play! Every hole presents challenges that force you to plan your shot selection. Most of the greens are protected from a golfer just hitting a long approach shot and hoping that the ball will eventually roll onto the green. That strategy is thwarted by water, or raised greensor huge front-side bunkers. So instead, one must fly the ball to land on the spacious but difficult greens.

In order to score well, you had best bring your best green-reading skills. All of the greens were in fantastic condition, but good luck finding a "straight" putt as every green has multiple (sometimes severe) undulations to it. They will test your mettle!

All in all, it is a fantastic trak, in excellent condition. It is not your boring, flat, former cornfield farmland converted into a golf course where every hole is the same and you can see multiple fairways on either side of the one you are playing. Far from it. This is a thinking-man's course with character. I highly recommend it.

Great spot, only complaint were hole positions on greens were pretty tough. But overall great course

Bucks Country Club golf course is well laid out with some challenging fairways and nice greens. There are a quite a few "blind" shots at the green, but overall, the course is moderately difficult. The back 9 features several extremely unique holes; spectacularly looking, but extremely unforgiving of bad shots.

Overall, a pleasure to play this course.

The course is always is nice shape. Although I am not a scratch golfer, I find the pin placements a little over the top. The signature hole par 3 had a pin location that had the group in front of us laughing and wishing us luck. A few water coolers would be nice as well. I’ll be back as it is such a fun layout.

Got out at 450 and finished right at 830 for $30. Course was in good shape . Front nine is good layout back nine ilayout is dictated by houses that surround and gets a little funky…

The group behind us hit up on us several times. When we said something they became very argumentative. They only played nine holes so the back nine was much more enjoyable
