Neshaminy Valley Golf Club

To begin, the layout and design of the course is by no means an issue and there is plenty of potential for a half decent public course. However, whoever is in charge of this place is doing an awful job. Greens are full of weeds and geese poop, grass is unkept all over the fairways, and the tee boxes are a complete disgrace. If the course was in a playable condition it could be one of the better deals in the area but for what they charge nowadays for this product is ridiculous. You’d have to pay me to go back there.

It was a great value through GolfNow with a cart and 18 holes. Course was laid out fine and it was very Open. Major criticism was the care and the lack of watering. Never saw so many weeds and brown burnout spots on the greens. Very tough to hit iron shots in the fairway greens were very spongy and slow very difficult to read and play we had a great time because we are lovers of the game and being together but for serious golfers, stay away

This is a good local course and value for what they charge. Traps need some work and there was someone doing work on them. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The greens were incredibly shaggy. Had to really flex the shaft to get the ball to the hole. Fairways were decent. Tee Boxes were beat up. Probably about $20 overpriced.

Good course for a beginner like myself. I was able to find a slot where no one was behind me, so I could hit a couple extra balls off of miss hits, to practice. The greens are in pretty bad shape, but it's a fairly wide open layout. Only lost 3 balls, lol. For me, that's saying something. Its a good course for practice to get your confidence up a bit, but dont expect any beautiful scenery or great course conditions.

The greens and fairways gotten worse. The greens, all 18 of them, are in horrible conditions. Fairways as well, not well maintained . It’s a nice course for us hackers, is a very forgiving course with very little water and bunkers.

Not many golf courses are privately owned with the same family for generations. NVGC is this golf course. Love this course, love the layout and surrounding views while playing. They just installed a new irrigation system that is now up and running! You can tell a huge difference from last year to this year. The course is in very good condition right now and is good "bang for your buck"! I highly recommend this golf course for an enjoyable day including the friendliness of everyone on the staff!

I don’t think a dollar goes into the maintenance of this course. The greens were a combination of shag carpeting and bare wood floors. Putting was an absolute, mini-golf level of antics. Unless it’s your first time holding a club, look elsewhere.

The tee boxes and fairways were in OK condition. However, the greens were so tall that the ball wouldn't make a divot in them and would just bounce over. I had to start landing the ball short of the green to let it roll on. It's a cheap course and would probably be a good deal if the greens weren't the worst I've ever played. The pace of play on a Sunday afternoon was horrendous as well. I gave up after 9 holes took 3 hours.

This course needs some serious work and should be priced accordingly. There’s no way this place should charge more than $40 a round.
