Layout and pace of play were good. The greens were a mess. Very patchy. Lots of bare spots on each greeen. No complaints about anything else. Just incredibly difficult to putt

The course leading up to the greens was fairly good but the greens were atrocious. I’ve never seen greens that bad. I felt like I had to just pick up once I got on the green because it wasn’t even worth trying to putt.

It was not worth the relatively large amount of money I spent to play there.

If the course was kept up with the maintenance, It would be a top course in the area. It needs a lot of TLC in the tee box and on the greens. Some of the greens were not bad but the first few holes are the worst. I would only play there again if I could not get a tee time anywhere else. On the flip side I like the layout and I did have a great time. The staff is top notch when it comes to being friendly.

It’s a decent layout, the staff is friendly, and the price won’t break the bank….but the course is in pretty bad condition, especially the greens. Some of them are ok, but most of them were covered in patches of thick grass and it was more like a Plinko board. They seem to be aware, as they have the pins located in the smoothest part possible, but if you were more than 5 feet away, you had no chance of making a putt on most holes. Hope it’s something that they can remedy come warmers temps.

I read the negative reviews before playing here. There is truth that the greens are challenged and competitively, I told myself I would not let the patches of dirt to hurt my score by limiting to two putts.

That being said, I found the course to be acceptable and a fun course to play. I played 18 with another player who joined me on the 4th hole in a total time of 3 hours. The fairways are open and there is not much trouble to get into. There are a couple holes which have narrow fairways, but playing from the adjacent fairway was acceptable and without penalty.

The staff was very friendly and all in all, it was a good afternoon at Neshaminy Valley!!!

Course conditions were horrendous. Will never go back. Tee boxes were awful. Greens were full of crab grass and craters. Not good at all. The staff was friendly though.

This course was in terrible condition. The tee boxes were so hard you could not place a tee into the earth. There were extremely limited directions and distance markers. No GPS on the golf carts. The worst part were the greens. They were essentially barren of grass. There was some attempt to aerate the greens and those plugs and ditches were all over the greens. The bunkers were not raked, some did not even have rakes.

Overall, a course in a lovely area has been neglected and poorly managed. We will not return or recommend this course to anyone.

The overall course, it is not bad. There are a number of holes that are set up for everybody. It's a very forgiving course. The problem is, when you go to the greens each and every one of them are in horrible shapes where you're looking Running your ball across the puddles, basically where the green is missing and there's just dirt below. So you're both the ball keeps bouncing as you put on every green. So until they can get that fixed, I can't recommend anybody golfing there.

This was my 1st time playing this course. As i drive in, i was surprised of how bad the greens looked on hole 1. The staff was super nice, and helpful. The turn was great, and hot dogs rocked. However the course was the worst I've played in 70+ rounds. its really sad bc i only live around 10 minutes way.

Course is not kept up. The greens were extremely cracked. We were joking around that it was like playing on the moon. Doesn’t look like it’s been watered this year. The greens were bare in some parts and cracked and warped in others. Cracks so big it would stop or redirect your put 90 degrees and were everywhere. Actually making it impossible to put. Also the rough around the green was none existent if you had the perfect shot on to the green or just before the green you can almost bet the ball will launch well past the area. The ground was so hard we were snapping tees left and right trying to get them in the ground. I’ve never played on a course like this.

No one behind us or in front of us most of the time.
