good but not great
I enjoyed the round, but always remember this course that I played when it was a private CC, and host to a LPGA event. Greens were good, but the fringe has some weird growth of two types of grass. Tee boxes just OK, and cart paths from the 1980's. Still I recommend
Nice
Beautiful course and excellently maintained.
Staff were very friendly - I will golf here again for sure!!! 👍🏻

Okay as March
Fairway is somewhat patchy and hairy but yes it is yet March. Green is slow, slower than other courses nearby.
There was barely no other people on the course on this Friday afternoon other than my 4sum so pace of play was really good.
Great Conditions, need a Ranger
Greens are some of the best that I have played this year. Fairways & Bunkers are good as well, a couple of tees have some barren patches, but overall course is in terrific condition. Playing late morning on a Sunday by the time we got to the 14th hole the foursome 2 groups ahead of us was 4 holes behind & there was no one to get them to move any faster, so the round slowed to a crawl, putting a damper on an otherwise great day at a beautiful course
Best Golf Course in Berks County
I have played multiple courses in the past few weeks and all of them were at least partially burned out despite having watering systems. Berkleigh is in outstanding shape. The former home of the Betsy King Open is open to the public and it is a treat to play a challenging course that is kept in top condition. The staff is very friendly and the rates are competitive and reasonable. If you are a golfer, give yourself a treat and play Berkleigh!
Had a great time
I can’t say anything bad about this place. I had a blast here golfing beside when I missed up. Nice staff. Gave me some pointers for a first timer here. I loved the rolling hills here. Thought the course was great. Some of the best greens i played all summer. If you never played here. Its worth it.
Pace of play: well i teed off after 11 in prime time. Some holes you waited and some you didn’t. I enjoyed my paced that i had. I really only waited on the last couple hole. I give a 5 stars to this place
