Staff is always friendly and welcoming, they will help anyone feel comfortable and keep things moving. The course is a good challenge for players because it has nice deception and risk reward built in, with realistic challenges to let all skills be showcased. Fair enough for newer players to keep pace moving. They care about it and always are doing something positive to the course, its layout or maintenance.

Bring lots of balls, so many areas all over the course of dense, thick grass and knee high weeds where balls simply disappear. Very challenging

Really enjoy this course but not maintained well. Understandably difficult with a lot of rain but a few fairways were so muddy they were unplayable. Greens were super slow & bumpy. Fairways were cut too short. They were shorter than greens.

Hats off to the ground crew getting the course back in playing shape after 3 days of rain .

Beautiful setting with plenty of trouble. Solid distance and accuracy is rewarded.

This is the only course I've played twice this year and I'd head back there next week in a heartbeat if I had the chance.

Overall condition is way better than most similar courses in the area. Staff is super low-key and the overall atmosphere is 'chill.' This may actually lead to a higher level of 'party golfers' on the weekends which can definitely slow play. Still -- I got around in 4:15 on a Sunday mid-morning so no complaints there.

There are a couple of quirky round-killing holes on the back ... but overall the layout is straightforward and fair -- but also interesting.

The course is in good shape. Pace of play was good as well. Our group would play here more but we don’t because there’s one price for riding and walking and we have a few who keep up the pace walking so paying more to walk doesn't make sense.

Really impressed, greens, tee boxes, fairways were wonderful, very clean, I will be back for another round for sure!

Nice course and unless you use Golfnow the cost is a little pricey. Should be average price compared to other courses in the county

Only need is the cart paths. They must be replaced, soon.

Course is in great shape . Greens We’re soft when we played late afternoon.

Glad to see Royal Oaks looking nice. Letting some fescue grow up off fairways and around the course gives it a nice look as well as some added difficulty. Greens rolled good, and I’d go back to play it again.
