Enjoyed the course
Two groups ahead, not sure if they were teaching, there was a group discussion over every shot. Would not let the group in front of us play through. Made for a long day. Nice course, great layout.
Flatbush review
The course was in Great shape for this time of year. Fairways were a little thin in a few spots but overall it was great. The greens have just been aerated and sanded, they still rolled very true and are very playable. I’m my opinion they were even a little on the fast side which I personally like. The pace of play was really slow today, i waited about 5-7 minutes at every tee this morning. And couldn’t play through due to nothing but 4 packs in front of me. To be fair I was solo but it took the group in front of me 5 hours.
Good Value
$18 walking winter rate, i believe cart was $7 more. Good layout, course conditions good (if you ignore frozen tees which are 'nature' and not course controlled!)
Great course to play if you have a group that just want to hang out and have a good, fun round.
Value for the money
For $30 with a cart this course is a great deal. Its well kept and the holes are not cookie cutters. Lots of fun and more than worth the money
The whole course was in very good shape, and the greens were especially good! Very few golfers were out today(Wednesday), and there was no waiting on any hole. Snack bar was open.
Great day to play a nice course
Nice course in fairly good shape. Some fairways were being seeded so there was not much grass but greens were good.

Excellent course, my favorite.
This is one of my favorite courses to play right now. Greens are very nice, nice sand in bunkers, very nice layout, and price is good. The fairways could be better, but doesn't impact play. Rough is cut just to the correct length, not hard to find your ball. This is not a tight course, but still has a handful of challenging holes.
No good
Broken carts, spotty fairways, Muddy tee boxes, pro shop barely had balls to buy, and I left after 4.5 hrs and only got to play 14 holes. Teeing off before 8am completely unacceptable.
